Location is perfect with a nice view to Liffy river. Lift was missing. As we stayed at the top room, it was quite exhausting to get to the room. |

The Location was very central to Dublin City Centre, only a 2 minute walk from O'Connell street and main shopping areas. The Temple Bar area is approx a 5 minute walk. The hotel is situated on the riverside which my room enjoyed a view of, and excellent bus services are available from directly outside the hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I found the locking of the room door quite cumbersome as the lock itself was old and in need of replacement. It took several attempts each time to ensure the door was locked. |

The hotel was well positioned for shopping and night life, we ate in the bar in the evening, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was o.k. The rooms and ensuite were quite small, the shower cubicle was tiny!! There were no tables left in the breakfast room when we went down for breakfast so four of us had to squeeze on to a table meant for two. I had poached eggs for breakfast, they were over done, the yolk was rock hard and the white was full of pieces of shell...call me picky! Other than that it fit the bill for our purpose. |

That it was central to the City The room had no windows and no air-con so it was really musty and warm and the bathroom was filthy. Overall, the rooms are dated and in bad need of refurbishment or redecoration. Also the night club downstairs is not advertised on the site, so we weren't very happy about the thumping music at 3 in the morning and then the fire alarm in the hotel constantly going off at 9am!!! |

In a good location for the city centre and the food in the Bar downstairs is good and reasonably priced. The room we had was of poor quality. The floor was dipping in the middle and the bed was very uncomfortable with springs sticking up through the mattress. I had a very uncomfortable nights sleep and that was after a few drinks !! |

It was very convienient for the purpose of my trip, breakfast was an added bonus. We were on the third floor, no lift and after a long days shopping and sightseeing the stairs were awful!! and we had trouble unlocking the door, but it was a clean basic room staff were very friendly - fine for a 1 or 2 night stay - |

Location: in the center of Dublin Internet was not available in my room, although they claimed so, the network did not have coverage. It was not very clean (I sow some hair on the toilet, dirty courtains (with blood on it)) and the furniture was old. |
