The staff were superb - really went out of their way to make you feel welcome & that nothing was too much trouble (after having travelled throughout Asia & Europe for 4 weeks, their warmth & hospitality stood out from the pack). The hotel & room were spotlessly clean & well appointed, with lovely decor & a warm ambience. The breakfast/dining areas were stylish & full of character, with beautiful stonework features. For International visitors, food & drink in Ireland can seem relatively expensive, but we found the food at the hotel's Basilico restaurant was no more expensive than anywhere else, yet the quality far superior - the chef & team really knew what they were doing. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone else. Nothing not to like - wish we could've stayed longer! |

Nice room, good price/quality. Barman grumpy, breakfast rather late (8.00 am) so the 10 kilometres to Galway take more than an hour |

The room was very comfortable, the freshly cooked breakfast served at table rather than the buffet style available in many hotels today was most enjoyable. The staff are to be commended on their helpfulness and politeness. |

when we got to the room we realised there was only 1 towel. The lady at reception got us another one and really looked afer us. We could hear everything going on in the room next door and when the shower next door was running there a terrible screeching noise that woke us both up. |

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our meal in the Italian restaurant was a welcome change from usual hotel fare. A small fridge would be a good idea for cold food and drinks. In Australia all rooms would have a fridge. |

The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The decor was very pleasant and the restaurant was excellent. Oranmore is an ideal location for a base when visiting galway and surrounding areas No real reception area. It was a bit of a turn off when first arrived. Had to go to bar for key. |

The Coach House Hotel is a beautiful hotel with nicely decorated rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. There is only one pub/restaurant in this town other than the hotel. both nights we stayed there, from midnight to 5 am there was excessive noise outside our window made by hotel restaurant and bar staff. We were unable to sleep for the repeated disturbances from loud voices, clanging of pots and pans, and emptying cans of glass bottles into waste recepticles. We would not stay in this hotel again even if the room was free. |

The hotel staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. However, the bathroom door had no handle, the only window was a skylight and the room was quite hot. In addition, there was a party of some sort that produced noise most of the night. The bathroom door had no handle, the only window was a skylight and the room was quite hot. The Bistro attached to the Hotel offered a good choice of menu and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We found our initial room on the second floor in the eaves ro be a little too hot. We were however moved to a lower room without any issue. |

Accomadation was very good, reception very helpful, well situated in village near yet away from city. Did not like that have to have breakfast in pub area, not in restraunt and I prefer self service breakfast. People being served alcohol at 8.30am on sunday morning...bar man was not aware of law, and made an error in serving, other barman corrected this situation. |
