Clean, good food, pleasant staff
Not so easy to find the entrance.
Lovely friendly efficient staff. Great Breakfasts.
No complaints at all.
The location, the bar, breakfast
The bed was quite soft. The room was quite small but nicely decorated
A nice property that's well kept with a friendly staff aiming to please. A shirt drive to Galway city & all surrounding areas such as Connemara & Clifden.
Not a thing
The staff were very friendly
Bar/Restaurant and food were really good.
Booked a double room but got a twin room instead. Bathroom were very cold -heating did not work unfortunately!
Friendly staff and beautiful pizza...
The lady and gentleman who worked both the front and the bar were very helpful. I asked the nice young man about golfing for my husband in the area and he came back with the costs, club rental and open tee times for my husband.
The food & drink
not enough drink
the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists could not be faulted. The breakfast was first class.everything was excellent. The cost was reasonable. The hotel was within walking distance of everything.
Nothing to complain about.
The food was fantastic and the staff were great especially the lovely blonde receptionist who was pregnant. Restaurant staff great too.
My room was excellent set in a lovely village. Excellent food and even the paper. Well worth the money. I stayed an extra night to chill out. they WFI was great. Lovely staff, epecially reception and ding room. JD
No comment here as it was all great. I know parking can be an issue but I parked it on the street , then moved it.
Room very very basic and small. Bedroom could do with a facelift and some nice carpet. TV not showing RTE 1 and not properly tuned in.
Chairs need attention dirty
Good location in center of village close to roads to Galway and Atlantic Way. Nice ambiance in bar/ restaurant downstairs. Staff helpful and responsive.
Room was on top floor(in roof) with no real windows (two roof flaps only - one in bathroom). Bathroom occupied large part of floor area leaving actual sleeping room and luggage space constricted. Bathroom had large waste space. Why was toilet so close to shower in big empty bathroom?
Pleasant staff and nice room; restaurant had an enjoyable atmosphere in the bar area which had stone walls and pleasant décor; dinner was very good and wait staff attentive and friendly.
Good location, nice breakfast, nice staff, generally a nice hotel, the bar /restaurant food was alright
Not enough parking plus we got blocked in over night by a car, we had to notify reception in the morning and thank god the person parking us in seemed to be either working there or known The noise level was unacceptable, our room was next to the kitchen fan which was running all day and was very loud, even with windows closed. We've been told at checking in it'll get turned of in the evening. First night it got turned off at 11:15, the second night it turned off same time but turned on again half an hour later for almost an hour, had to ring to the bar to get it switched off. It seemed the kitchen entrance was under the window aswell, there was noise till the early morning Besides that our room was very dark, all together the hotel should not rent it out to customers..
spacious nicely decorated room. Handy for main road to Dublin
very warm couldn't open window because of noise outside, not much choice at breakfast. Restaurant not very welcoming and very dark, no lounge.
Close to Galway and to Clarinbridge
Very handy to everything
The hotel was located outside of Galway town but easy to drive to and from. Hotel has great bar food & restaurant with charming staff and amazing breakfasts which my partner couldn't resist! Room was clean, sufficient space, and such a comfy bed that it was hard to get out of each morning but the promise of breakfast did the trick.
Sometimes it was a bit difficult getting a parking space as limited spaces , about 10-12, which catered not just for residents but guests for bar & restaurant. However we did get a space each evening just had to wait for a gap!
Cleanliness, location and very friendly staff.
Everything was perfect for us. No complaints.
Clean and comfortable with an excellent Italian restaurant also very good bar food . Staff very friendly and helpful. Near to one of the finest golf courses in Ireland and easy access to Galway city.
Stayed here a couple times, each time has been great. The rooms are on the small side, but this is a unique property and not a box hotel. Parking is great and free. Food is great in the restaurant and the breakfast is equally as great. Always nice staff. Not far from all the good sites, yet out of the city atmosphere.
I've been here before so I knew where it was in the town but the signage for the actual hotel is worse than last year, now it is covered in Ivy! Hotel looks like a bar/restaurant before you know its a hotel and drive by 12 times...
