The location Lift wasnt working (was on crutches) noise level from social function was beyond ridiculous music did not stop unitl 3 am, asked to speak to the manager next morning was informed none on duty until at least 12.30pm which seemed a bit odd on a bank holiday weekend there was no duty manager available asked for a phone call from them when they came on duty still waiting !!!

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly. Food good also. Only problem we had was there was a party in the room next to us and the noise level was disgraceful even after we complained and a member of staff went to the room. The noise died down for a few minutes and then off again. There was definitely more that 6 in the room. The party ended late (after 2am) and at 630 am on the Sunday morning the noise and shouting started again.

Friendly and helpful staff as always. They supplied an individual dongle at no cost to allow Internet access in my room, and allowed me to park in the restricted parking area. Town centre location, and easy access to connemara

Got this hotel really cheap for the first night of our stay, we subsequently booked for another night as we were too exhausted to drive home after our conference. Price was double but that was ok with us and was to be expected as such short notice. Liked the beds, they were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. The shower in our second room was great. The toilet in our first room was a bit tempermental, the shower in this room wasn't great. Neither the fans or the lights above the mirrors were working in the bathrooms of either room There is no on-site parking which is a bit of a pain however carparks are availiable <5mins walk away. Our second room was extremely hot, and there was a function on in the building right outside our window so we couldn't leave the window open as the music would have kept us awake. Our only option was to take the duvet out of its cover and sleep with that over us which wasn't very comfortable.

the staff were very friendlly and helpful. the food was good and the service excellent. Just a small problem in the room, there was no hot water in the sink tap and the shower cut out a few times, must have problems with water pressure?? Otherwise the hotel was excellent and very convienient in the centre of the town. Would definately stay there again. no hot water in sink tap and shower cut out a few times.

Very spacious room. Staff were friendly and courteous One ceiling light was flashing. the pipes connected to the toilet were very noisy. the shower stopped supplying water after a very short period and had to be turned off and on again. Some of the lights in the room weren't working and neither was the t.v. remote control.

Location, good staff. Pleasant room. No need to worry about narrow entrance to carpark, as it is no longer in use. You are directed to the cathedral park which a reasonable two Eurasia a day, but you need to unload your luggage first!
