Room was clean and comfortable .Very central location .
Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely
I was in the single room, it lacked a long mirror and also could do with a black out blind but that is just personal preference room was great
Location in centre of city. Room tiny but fine for 1 night stay. Galway is a great city to visit as very lively with great restaurants
Boy racers doing brake turns down the street outside in the early hours meant I got very little sleep in spite of triple glazing.
Very comfortable room close to all the action.
Parking was a pain.
Location was okay. Local cafe downstairs is excellent with good food and friendly staff.
Overpriced for what you get. No one was available to check in for more than an hour and half. No one responded to phone messages. Room furnishings need updating and replacement (rugs).
Wifi did not work in rooms
Excellent staff, very helpful. New, modern and very clean. Excellent location just off Eyre Square.
Small room and can be a bit noisy at night due to bars down the road. Maybe request a room that does not face the street, if possible. No hotel car parking but there is 24 hour car parking facitities located close by.
Location Location Location....Friendly staff
Narrow stairway to reception
This room was central, what we were looking for, so for us it was perfect. Everything was brand new so we had nothing to complain about in term of facilities/cleanliness. There was also a kettle in the room with tea/coffee. On the other side of the street there is a nice tearoom where we had nice breakfasts.
The room was a little bit small and we had difficulties to move around the bed. Without breakfast the overall cost of the room was expensive but it seems average for Galway city center. The staff was really friendly but don't expect 24H/24H staff in this guesthouse.
A warm welcome. Wonderful clean rooms, brilliantly snug beds and a very convenient location.
We stayed in this hotel for the Galway races, beautiful clean room, nicely decorated. Fantastic location, right in the city centre.
Not many facilities
Location, price, staff all excellent. Couldn't be better
Birds outside probably from eyre square chirping loudly all night
Little to no parking available, room darkening shade would be nice
We were way upstairs. But they carried our bags.
Comfortable room, if small. Much better decorated that the usual Galway B&B. Very close to Eyre Square and train and bus stations.
No TV. No breakfast. Worth it if you get a good pric though.
Great rooms.... Spacious and clean with wifi and air com included. Great location. Definitely recommend
The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent.
More attention needs to be paid to the little details, especially where certain aspects of cleanliness are concerned.
We loved every bit of our stay here! The service and facilities were wonderful.
Location, clean room, comfortable beds, light, modern, close to shops and restaurants. Parking close-by. Friendly, helpful, Irish throughout the city.
wifi did not work in the room so we had to sit by the front desk to use it. Since no one worked the front desk, it was private but inconvenient. Staff completely absent or unresponsive so check-in/ check-out was a problem and no one was there to answer questions. However, the people of Galway were most helpful giving us directions and recommendations.
Great location and in walking distance to the main sites of Galway. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Could not find staff in the morning at checkout and the numbers provided to contact had only voice messages. Check out took longer than necessary because of this. A bit noisy but not too bad.
Cafe next door was great! Easy walking distance to things in Galway and a great experience.
Being in the heart of the city but in a quiet location except for the seagulls!!
Not a thing.
close to the center
Checked in at 13:45. Staff told, room will be ready in half an hour.At 16.00 was still not ready. Washroom was not clean, linen purity was questionable. For that price we got much better accommodation with breakfast included. Maybe this is for younger people.
