Terrible window view.
Really friendly staff. Small but clean rooms. Quite good location, just 15 mins from center and 15 mins to airport by bus.

Heating was not on in my room but it was quickly sorted out.
Friendly staff. Located upstairs of a very busy pub but noise was not an issue. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread. Located a walking distance from Temple bar and Tara DART station.

We were woken at 0100; 0300 and 0500 by the pipes knocking very loudly; we arranged for an early (uncooked) breakfast as we needed to leave for a ferry but could not get access to the dining room at 0700 nor find a member of staff until the time we had to leave. We left a note and emailed our concerns directly - no response from either and today I find we have been charged twice for our stay (once in cash at the place and now from our bank account)! So sad after wonderful stays in Sligo & Cork...
We loved the barman who checked us in, he was helpful about where to eat (food in the evening was not available on 23/03/15) and took care of us on our return. The room seemed good with a view of the river.

We liked everything: the room, the view, the pub, the way the breakfast was served. Everything was arranged with a lot of charm. We are coming back.

My wife asked for scrambled eggs rather than a fry but wasn't given that option. Couldn't find a music station on the TV rather than ordinary programmes
The bar was really busy and the carvery lunch was great. We didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was fine, just a bit limited in choice. The staff in the bar and in charge of the rooms were all really friendly.

Very fast internet connection Easy access to restaurants and offices

Bar was excellent, although everyone else must of thought so too, as it was really busy at times.

Check out @ 11am is very early - we didn't realise this thought it was 12 we hadn't even had our showers when they came to clean room but staff were lovely about it - was no problem at all.
Loved the atmosphere, staff were soo friendly and welcoming and there was great banter with the guests. Beds were amazingly comfy and shower was unbelievably powerful. - wanted to take both home with me.

Not interested in rectifying failures
Simple, no fuss, and pleasant breakfast, fair price, great location, nice pub

Great view on the river Liffey, great location - nice old red brick building amongst many modern glass buildings - a great contrast right beside the Samuel Beckett Bridge. You get out and are within 5 minutes walking distance to the new & fancy Hanover Quai quarter. The hotel is 100% friendly and quite original. The pub & the bar are true hotspots. The house itself is very well maintained - obviously the owners put much love and dedication into it! Everything is proper & clean. The room wasn´t very bis but very well equipped and supercosy. Great breakfast! Great deal!

Just the fact that there was no elevator. However the staff were extremely obliging and insisted on carrying all our luggage up the stairs - so 10 out of 10 for great assistance.
Extremely freindly accommodating owners and staff. Excellent location, wonderful breakfast. Will definitely return to this venue.
