The Fitzwilliam Hotel    

The decor. The little touches, chocs on the bed,mini bar,toiletries,robes,sky sports, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and concierge.

The room was quite small for what we expected. There was a very noisy air conditioning unit that was going most of the night and disturbed our sleep.

The staff are tops all of them, the beds were very comfortable and immaculately clean, nice bathroom soaps and lotions, will go back again.

The clatter of the feet in the Citroen Restaurant, they should have the waiter were rubber sole shoes.

The staff were helpful and professional. The location is great, right on Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Loved the room and bathroom and that speaker for stereo in bathroom also. Enjoyed bath products and shower! Lovely hotel -a bit of luxury, just what we needed!

The rooms were a little small

One of the best Hotels in Dublin. You can not fault The Fitzwilliam and all of the Staff are outstanding.

The location was perfect! We could walk to everything. We took a tour outside the city and the pick up was right there as well. The staff was great--very helpful and full of cheer!

Too expensive, I paid 400 euro per night !!!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful --obviously well trained.The welcoming fire in the reception area, and the private cosiness of the 'library' were especially attractive.

i know I got a waiver of the car parking fees for the 2 days, but i think free parking should be a given for all overnight guests. While the breakfast was very varied we felt that it was a little bit pricey.

Best situated hotel in the city at the edge of grafton street and green park. Excellent service and support from the hotel staff. Quit and calm.

Room service menu - worst I have ever encountered worldwide and staff very unaccommodating in this regard.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. You walk out and your 2 minutes walk from the bustling temple bar!

The rooms are very small and we had an executive suite! It was also far to hot in the rooms, had the window open constantly and it was pretty cold outside.

Location, visual style of the building, rooms were large and comfortable, clean

Loved the helpful staff, particularly Marcin, who happened to be at our elbow the moment we needed help with anything - reservations, directions, anything. The location is ideal as well. Walking distance to most attractions, and easy access to public transport if needed. Our room was very quiet as well.
