Very pleasant staff who took the time to talk and the central location. I found the reception area decor too stark. It seemed cold and functional rather than warm and welcoming. |

Location is a key here. This hotel probably couldn't be closer to the city centre as it is now. Plenty of pubs around make it great destination for a night out with friends. Almost everything in this hotel shows its age. Right at the beginning you will experience some rumbling and shaking in the elevator. I could spot rust around the bathroom sink and in the shower. Despite flat screen TV, which you might think brings all the goodies of the XXI century you will be disappointed to see lack of movies on demand or Internet on the TV (there is a wireless keyboard which doesn't work either). There is no one-for-all card key switch but just an ordinary power switch. Also, staying on the 3rd floor will make your window at the level of grass on the roof and right at people staring from the opposite office building through the huge glass wall. This hotel requires some major renovation and redesign. |

I had to change room as the air conditioning was broken, the new room was twice as big and comfortable. I wish I could have been given the lbetter room first. Was disturbed thrice by cleaners at 8am. Lights by bed broken and unable to access mini bar, reported to staff but noty followed up. |

location, modern decor Arriving at 21.45 was told - no food kitchen closes at 22.00! - small attic room far too hot - airconditioning hardly worked but very noisy - worst experience in many stays in hotels in Dublin |

The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were well equipped & the in room wi-fi was really useful. The location of the hotel was a delight right opposite St Stephens Green & next to the main shopping area of the city. |

Central access to night life in Dublin was excellent. Taxis were readily available for trips out of walking distance. A excellent choice of Hotel for exploring Dublin. We also liked the secure car parking. Nothing comes to mind at all. |

Hotel location is very central. Staff are excellent, very helpful. Food in the restaurant (Citron) was fantastic. It is a bit expensive but I would have no problem recommending this hotel - providing you are willing to pay that bit extra. It is a bit expensive but worth it. |

Our room on the 4th floor was quiet and peaceful, so very much appreciated in a lively city like Dublin. Breakfast price was too high. Walk around the corner for a great breakfast at Bewleys on Graton Street. Room service, cleanliness etc. was great except for the day of departure when they woke us at 8am to see if they could clean the room yet. |

got phonecall from conciege/desk while on route to hotel checking if we had any requisitions so duly booked dinner and our kids had bar food in the lobby ,and we were given constant updates while we dined inside fab staff on duty well done as it was saturday night our room allocation was adjacent to a night club so not ideal for family room I did report it at the time staff were most apologetic and were noting same. |

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff, good food, fantastic bed with choice of soft and hard pillows, free wireless internet. Complaint #1 in hotels: walls are paperthin, so noisy neighbours at 4.00 am and noise coming in from the hall when staff started preparing for the morning at 5.00 am was rather annoying.and did not make for a good nights sleep. |

The hotel room was eclectic, fun and yet very comfortable. The bathroom came with a lovely soaking tub and a candle. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and informative. The location was amazing... shopping, shows, parks all within walking distance. Pillows on the bed were a bit too firm. |

I found the hotel to be well situated in the centre of Dublin and close to all major sights and shops. The staff were very helpful and well mannered. Sadly i found the bar to be lacking any vibe. It was well stocked and the bar staff were very good but without customers the place had no life compared to the Shelbourne which is were i went for some drinks in the afternoon. |

The service was second to none - concierge was on hand to bring up our bags and the male receptionist was very accomodating in allowing us leave the car in the car park past check out time to accommodate a lunch date. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish. |
