The hotel is finished to a great design, clever and chic. great location in Dublin-good for walking to everything. VERY comfy bed. Everything was clean, radio in room was pretty cool. Also good food, even for late night room service. Pricey for Dublin, esp with how prices have come down through the year, but worth it to stay at somewhere nicer. wish breakfast was included. |

Great location, nice amenities (incl. in-room tea/coffee making), excellent room-lighting, and friendly staff. Small room but fully equipped and v. good value for money.. |

The hotel was perfect and in a fantastic location. The concierge's were so helpfull and the rooms are very well appointed. I did not like the fact that the reception staff would not deal with our request to change our reservation when we arrived as we had booked through booings.com and made me have to call bookings.com to amend the booking. This seemed very pointless and then still tried to over charge us when we left, even though the booking had been changed. |

Very pleasant staff who took the time to talk and the central location. I found the reception area decor too stark. It seemed cold and functional rather than warm and welcoming. |

Location is a key here. This hotel probably couldn't be closer to the city centre as it is now. Plenty of pubs around make it great destination for a night out with friends. Almost everything in this hotel shows its age. Right at the beginning you will experience some rumbling and shaking in the elevator. I could spot rust around the bathroom sink and in the shower. Despite flat screen TV, which you might think brings all the goodies of the XXI century you will be disappointed to see lack of movies on demand or Internet on the TV (there is a wireless keyboard which doesn't work either). There is no one-for-all card key switch but just an ordinary power switch. Also, staying on the 3rd floor will make your window at the level of grass on the roof and right at people staring from the opposite office building through the huge glass wall. This hotel requires some major renovation and redesign. |

I had to change room as the air conditioning was broken, the new room was twice as big and comfortable. I wish I could have been given the lbetter room first. Was disturbed thrice by cleaners at 8am. Lights by bed broken and unable to access mini bar, reported to staff but noty followed up. |

location, modern decor Arriving at 21.45 was told - no food kitchen closes at 22.00! - small attic room far too hot - airconditioning hardly worked but very noisy - worst experience in many stays in hotels in Dublin |

The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were well equipped & the in room wi-fi was really useful. The location of the hotel was a delight right opposite St Stephens Green & next to the main shopping area of the city. |

Central access to night life in Dublin was excellent. Taxis were readily available for trips out of walking distance. A excellent choice of Hotel for exploring Dublin. We also liked the secure car parking. Nothing comes to mind at all. |
