Great location Friendly staff and good customer service
Noise from other rooms and corridor
On arrival in the carpark we were met by friendly staff who catered to our every need. Superb people to deal with.
The location is fabulous. From arrival to departure we were treated by friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel was extremely clean and very relaxing. Will go back again.
We could hear music from a Nite Club into the small hours of the night.
Excellent staff who were friendly and most helpful particularly the dining room staff who made the effort to get a sauce that was not in stock.my son and partner had a room upgrade at no extra cost which was a lovely gesture. Great food.reasonable priced.
Foyer was like a bus station waiting room,no cosy general sitting area available. No designated smoking area so people had to stand outside the front of the hotel.
The hotel was well placed for shopping. It had a nice bar and the room was comfortable.
We had cold showers and the taps dripped constantly in the bathroom. Didn't feel hotel was good value. Bit disappointed but have already discussed with Hotel and was offered an upgrade if we ever stayed there again.
Friendly, helpful staff
The Fitzwilliam is in a fantastic location with friendly staff who were anxious to help. Our bedroom was quiet and very comfortable with a lovely outlook. We would definitely recommend the Fitzwilliam .
The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel. The room was lovely, location is excellent, staff friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovely
The fact that I wasn't staying for longer :)
Fantastic location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Nice restaurant.
Room was a bit small and window was at a low ground level that had to have the drapes closed if we didn't want to be on display.
Location great for seeing city
Shower temperature came and went a bit
I loved the location-so near Graftan St and all the shops. Just across the street from a lovely park. The Luas tram was just across the street. Staff were so professional and friendly. The food was fabulous. The room(we were lucky enough to be upgraded) was superb. Hotel was spotless. What more can I say? Perfect.
The reception staff was very attentive
I pre paid for breakfast and we sat while business men who arrived after us were served. The restaurant wasn't busy so staff standing chatting until a business man sat down was not very nice. The breakfast arrived and even the bacon was overcooked we couldn't eat it. If breakfast had been included as oppose to paid for it could have been over looked. We were also promised complimentary water because we didn't put down a €100 deposit to use the mini bar. . That never arrived. I've stayed in several hotels in Dublin and the Fitzwilliam won't be visited again as less expensive options provide more value.
The alcohol, friendly staff
The bed. It had feather pillows and I'm highly allergic to feathers the hotel only had feather pillows!
Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was cheerful and comfortable. Great location and superb restaurant!
Water temp in the shower was a bit wonky.
The colour scheme. The vibe of enthusiasm from the staff.
The size of the room. They are too small.
Balcony rooms are beautiful
Everything was just perfect. Especially the staff.
1.The view from our balcony to over St Stephens green was wonderful ! 2,The room was excellent 3. The staff were all very helpful & Friendly .
The Car Park could be bigger( or managed better perhaps ) as on our initial arrival we had to park on the down ramps as there were no actual spaces available even though we booked (& subsequently paid for) our parking well in advance . surely this could have been reserved especially as I payed for parking even as a guest !
Friendly attentive competent staff! Lovely relaxing room complete with built in sofa and low table and orchid. Liked the library at reception and iced orange water, the chocolates that were delivered the first day and the chocolates with birthday greetings for my 18 year old daughter on the second day! Room service was excellent. Breakfast in room a delight complete with freshly squeezed orange juice. Better not say more as there will be no rooms left for us the next time! Many thanks to the staff who couldn't have been more helpful!
We LIKED EVERYTHING!
Room only cleaned late afternoon, check in staff unfriendly, limited facilities for price & room lighting is poor
Location and Breakfast
Room size, no pool
Location. Staff. Good breakfast.
Didn't clean the room when we were out all day on Saturday.
Great hotel, wonderful location
My room was on the 6th floor, which means you must take the elevator to the 5th and then walk a flight of stairs to the 6th. No issue for me, but may be problematic for anyone with more than a carry-on.
