Too expensive, I paid 400 euro per night !!!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful --obviously well trained.The welcoming fire in the reception area, and the private cosiness of the 'library' were especially attractive.

i know I got a waiver of the car parking fees for the 2 days, but i think free parking should be a given for all overnight guests. While the breakfast was very varied we felt that it was a little bit pricey.

The staff was excellent and the location was very convenient.

Best situated hotel in the city at the edge of grafton street and green park. Excellent service and support from the hotel staff. Quit and calm.

We would have liked to see breakfast included in the price.

Room service menu - worst I have ever encountered worldwide and staff very unaccommodating in this regard.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. You walk out and your 2 minutes walk from the bustling temple bar!

The rooms are very small and we had an executive suite! It was also far to hot in the rooms, had the window open constantly and it was pretty cold outside.

Location, visual style of the building, rooms were large and comfortable, clean

Loved the helpful staff, particularly Marcin, who happened to be at our elbow the moment we needed help with anything - reservations, directions, anything. The location is ideal as well. Walking distance to most attractions, and easy access to public transport if needed. Our room was very quiet as well.

Front desk staff were responsive to our requests and available when required.

When we travel we frequently rely on the concierge to make recommendations and assist with dining and entertainment options. Over the course of our stay, we noticed that this desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult for ourseleves, as well as other guests, to make their arrangements. We tried the breakfast buffet on one of our mornings. There should be an option for guests wishing to order something simpler such as toast and tea. To charge more than 20 euros for toast and tea seems a bit much.

The exemplary courtesy of the all the staff, best I have ever experienced, and the restaurant food was out of this world.

staff are very friendly and courteous. the hotel room is very luxurious, would definitely go back here as had a very enjoyable experience. Very few hotels are in the same level as this one.

citron restaurant the little extras, the turn down service, the staff were amazing the apples, the complimentary water.

the bar prices.. the price of the cocktails were far too high. at first we assumed that the prices quoted were for a pitcher, but were in-fact for a single cocktail. would be perfect if there had been a pool.

i liked the location it was basically close to everything.

the kettle in my room wasnt working, i didnt like the design of the rooms quite small and mine was an executive room besides that the view on the garden gave me the dead/alive feeling quite dull.

I thought the rooms where well designed. The most important point to make is the staff. They are fantastic, very helpful, great manners and knowledgable! That along with the location, would bring me back there again.

Rooms where a bit hot at night but that was understandable, cause of the cold weather!
