Well-located, excellent service, comfortable, rooms - large, airy and well-appointed, friendly and helpful staff. Very good value and far superior to similarly priced competitors. Breakfast slightly disappointing and lacking for choice. |

Great location and lovely clean rooms The rooms were unbearably hot at night time. I was waiting 40mins to check in and even at 6pm our room was not ready. |

Very clean. Very centrally located. Wireless internet in the room. Had to haggle to get an extra set of towels (two sets provided for a triple room). Parking not guaranteed for all guests. Hot water ran out in the shower(!!!) |

The Hotel was convenient to the city and checking in and out was very easy with pleasant staff The room was 416 and very tiny.the weekened we went was particularly hot which made the room like a furnace. the window did not open enough for enough air to get in. we also rang the bar twice for 2 wine glasses to be sent to our room and some ice. They never arrived. |

The hotel was very nice inside and very clean. The meal which was included was poor, we ordered ice to the room and a girl rang me back to say it was on its way and it never came. The fire alarm went off at 8:30 on the first morning and there was no explanation. Nothing to do in waterford city at all. |

Very clean, great location & secure parking Only 2 pillows in room, lack of towels, badly stocked bar, staff had no clue about what little drinks were in the bar - 100% non smoking is a disgrace, I am a casual smoker, quiet like the odd cigarette and should have the option of a room where it is allowed. |
