We were 4 ladies in waterford to do some shopping - location was a perfect. We stayed in a family room which was ideal. |

Front desk staff.. amazing asset to the company, stay was pleasent and uninterupted, room was comfy and clean and had everything that needed. There was a smell of smoking in the hallway like someone had been smoking in their room or out the window but this was minor. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful making my stay more then just a room away from home. there is an excellent restaurant serving high quality dinners and the breakfast was more then on offer in most hotels. the rooms were very comfortable and i experienced no noise for a perfect sleep. highly recommendled and i'll be going back. the best waterford has to offer and i should know. i grew up in the area. it's non smoking throughout, which is a bit unfair to smokers. |

We found the location of the hotel suitable for business and shopping and the car park was convenient. The area was quiet at night and the hotel was very comfortable. |

the reception staff were excellent - very helpful and accomodating. commfortable room for twin share. clean and tidy. spa staff also lovely. some bar staff not as helpful/friendly as other (but were still good). |

size of room Gym room very poor quality equipment. Concerned only 1 key to room if someone had a problem how would you know . I did ask a member of staff this they were unable to answer my question. |

The hotel was lovely and very reasonably priced, however it was a good walk to the "decent" side of the town centre. I would recommend not ordering room service as they charge you 10euro for the luxury on top of the tip we gave the person who delivered our breakfast! |

It's clean and has it's own carpark. The hotel is not as nice as on the pictures. I don't know where the 4 stars come from. The service in the restaurant was so bad that i left without ordering. |
