Got married here in 2011? We visit as often as possible!

Jacuzzi in room didn't work, but room was upgraded for free so we didn't mention the broken jacuzzi to them

We stayed for a wedding. Everything went smoothly no waitun around and friendly staff.

Great location near Carlingford town and a range of great hill walks, and very friendly staff.

No access to Irish television stations - rte 1, rte 2, tv3 and tg4 - on the tv set.

Town centre lovely and only a 5minute walk away

The facilities were all fine, warm comfortable and clean. Well maintained. Plenty of space to lounge and relax. Good range and value on food. Pleasant staff.

Small point, requested 2 extra towels for bathroom, they didn't appear. Small point, worse things happen at sea.

Very relaxing and easy going atmosphere. Helpful staff.

Th location of the hotel was excellent. A stones throw from the village

I thought the standard of the deluxe room poor. The bed was big but we both found the mattress was lumpy and not comfortable. Also there was no cover up over the four posters. The television was very small , very poor channel choice. Breakfast was very simple I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Maybe danish or muffens/ scones

we were in a room immediately above gymnasium exposed to car park noise from early morning to late at night.Noise from gymnasium especially loud music from spinning class dreadfull not conducive to rest and relaxation.

Good location, basic but clean rooms

Receptionist offered no welcome, greeting or any information on checking in or again on checking out. Bar staff also unfriendly

Beautiful room, lovely breakfast served to you from chef.Very central to shops

Nothing really, Although they could do with a few signs to find the hotel.

Almost everything, the receptionist on arrival was very friendly and gave us an upgrade when she realised we were celebrating our 30 wedding ann9versary

There was no RTE available on the tv in the room. The tv in the bar was just way too loud and showing nothing but soccer. The whole world isn't interested in soccer .

Friendly staff Good location Heated mirror in bathroom so didn't fog up when showering.

Bed very soft. Abit slow setting our breakfast table and bring tea n toast down.

Lovely room, very relaxing. Lovely pool and leisure facilities. It's in a great location. Staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

We would like if they had bottles of drinking water in the room

The friendly staff in the hotel and we also got free upgrade..easy access to pubs/restaurants....and lovely warm bar/breakfast area

Lorraine on reception was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with the first room we were given, after a quick check we were upgraded with no bother and all done with a smile. The bar was really nice and the food was great so was breakfast.

first room we went to was very basic, which didnt bother me considering the price i paid but found hairs in the shower which really annoyed me with a few other little things aswell, but all was resolved very quickly..Some bar staff could do with smiling a little more.

Facilities in the bedroom just average. Lumpy bed...flat pillows. Directory needs updated to reflect tv changeover. No room service after 8pm. Noise from neighbouring stayers was unbearable...rooms not sound proofed.

Really liked the friendly staff and the leisure plex!

Other guests were a bit rowdy on the Saturday night outside our room

Spa and leisure are overcrowded, loud and cold on the first day.
