Really nice place to stay. Children welcome. Warm. As per a hotel really.
Warm welcome with tea and a scone. Good quality breakfast.
It's fantastic! Beautiful bnb. Delicious breakfast. Didn't want to leave!
It was perfect
We were greeted at the door by Brigid who served us tea and scones, freshly baked. Harry and Brigid went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house is adorable, decorated in nautical themes, as Harry is a fisherman. Brigid is a wonderful baker and a wonderful cook. Her french toast was to die for accompanied by sweet fruit. I was sad to leave as we loved this B&B! We are definetely going back to Foxford and staying more than 3 days!
Stayed here recently with my 8 year old daughter, We loved this B&B, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rooms are lovely, clean and fresh. Breakfast was first class with a great variety to choose from. All in all it was exceptional value for money. We would absolutely stay here again!! And I would strongly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for accommodation in the Foxford area.
Staff were so nice made us feel welcome offer tea as soon as we arrived .rooms clean and everything we need was there for us as good as a hotel anthony o neill
Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was wonderfull. Generous with their help and information.
The welcome of Brigid and Harry, the standard of rooms and the fantastic breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
professional courtesy and early contact re our special requests. Our hosts facilitated our particular needs and offered us transport to a nearby venue, The breakfast was delicious .They could not have been more helpful
Everything worked! The owners were very helpful and even took us walkers to a hill walk some miles away. We hope we can visit again. Just occasionally one finds a place of real quality.
I liked the friendly homely feel, I really felt welcome will definitely stay again. Park was wonderful
Bridget and Harry were exceptional hosts very friendly, obliging and dealt with any concerns immediately. The house was close proximity to Foxford town centre which we wanted. The breakfast was excellent and the home made bread delicious. Tea and coffee facilities always available. Harry and Bridget also helped with taxi facilities to the restaurant and booking the restaurant. Very helpful indeed.
The bedrooms felt they needed to be warmer.
Exceptionally friendly and caring owners. Brigid and Harry are lovely people who could not do enough to make my stay at the Foxford Lodge very enjoyable. Have recommended the hotel to all my family who go back to Mayo fairly often.

Nothing at all
Excellent B&B where you are made to feel very welcome from the time you arrive. Highly recommended.
Our recent stay at the Foxford Lodge was one of the nicest b&b experiences we've ever had. The lodge itself was homey and charming and the hosts, Harry and Brigid, couldn't have been kinder. We arrived quite late on Friday night but they waited up for us graciously, greeted us with refreshments, and catered to our every need. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with several creative choices available (the River Moy smoked salmon and potato cakes were superb!). The hosts really took the time to answer questions about the area and make their guests feel at home. We only booked for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. A real gem of a place.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, the food was excellent. I liked the breakfast menu provided with the aim of not wasting food. The room was comfortable and the facilities were very clean.
Only downside was all the wooden flooring which looks great and adds to the look and charm but is noisy.
Great location near the village of Foxford. Near to river Moy fishing Lough Conn and other lakes. Mountain walks and countryside walks. The famous Woolen Mills. Friendly hosts and a great Breakfast choice.
