Clean, warm, staff friendly, good breakfast, would stay again.
Attic room, felt claustrophic, Decor is old fashioned, needs up dated
Food , drink , cheaper than back home , staff helpful and friendly , very attentive ..
Nothing much , if I was pushed the only thing I could pick was the weather but jump a taxi to the city only few euros , you are never really hard pushed to get a taxi
All the staff were brilliant. Always there to help and ensured my stay was very pleasant.
Very minor, but in the hotel information manual they could include a list of the television channels to make for easy viewing rather than flicking.
homeley cosey place to stay staff very friendley
Great location. Very impressed with quality of room. Staff friendly and helpful. Well situated for shopping in Letterkenny and Ballybofey. We hope to return soon!
Staff were friendly and helpfu ll
Being in front room road very busy all night room was not serviced the day before we left which was disapointing nobody about to complain to
A serious pub brawl/fight among patrons in the public bar area which was most annoying and made us fear for our personal safety. It occurred three times at least and we could not feel that it was safe to remain there to enjoy the Saturday night music and retired to our room
Small, locally run hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent food and bar, very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Local to shops and tourist attractions. Would definitely return.
-good strategic location: close to Inshowen peninsula and on the doorstep to Derry - if you like pub life you this is the place for an entertaining evening good breakfast
-windows in the rooms facing the main road have double glazing, but you can still hear traffic noise. -you have to cope with some noise from the lively pub downstairs
Very nice low cost hotel only a £5.50 Taxi ride from Derry City Centre or 12 minutes on bus which stops 25metres from Hotel, Runs at 10 min past every hour 08:10 till 18:10 from Derry Guildhall and 35 min past every hour from 08:35 to 18:35 from Doherty's Cafe Bridgend. This hotel is a good alternative to Derry's expensive hotels.
Internet very poor. Breakfast rather basic.
Very convenient location both for Derry city and for exploring Donegal. Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room both for relaxing and working in. Excellent value. Main road location, but not excessively noisy.
No complaints - this was my second stay and I'm sure I'll be back.
We were well looked after
Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great, would defentinvely stay here again :)
Regularly stay here when visiting Derry. Excellant as always
