The level of comfort and the professionalism of the staff made our weekend one to remember. The best compliment I could pay it would be that you did not have to leave the hotel to enjoy your stay. |

Comfortable, relaxing stay in a "quirky" but modern and well designed hotel. Located in the middle of a retail park, it was quiet noisy and surrounded by heavy daytime traffic. |

The luxury, the relaxing atmosphere, the food. There was one female member of reception who was not entirely friendly. |

We loved the interior design of the hotel & of our bedroom, the bedroom was fabulous, the idea of the slippers & bathrobe were well thought of! Comfort wise...excellent & also no noise at night when getting to sleep (most hotels r v.noisy @ nite time). The bars were fab & we spent a lovely evening in the "pink room" having a cocktail which was lovely...different colour room 4 different moods!! We just found the food & drinks a little "overpriced" but overall our stay was lovely, we were more than happy as we celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary & one to remember..... The only thing that I wasn't happy about was when our breakfast arrived on both mornings, we had to order extra milk, extra butter, extra boiling water for our tea (as tea pots were so small!) & again the above arrived, our breakfast was cold so we weren't happy! Otherwise, everything else was "spot on" & very professional.... |

There wasn't a thing wrong about the room or the service in the hotel. All the waiters/waitresses both in the lounge and the restaurant were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay immensely and hope to stay for longer the next time.... The only thing I was disappointed with was the menu for the dinner. I was hard put to pick a main course and ended up going with the chicken. It was lovely but I would have preferred fish but the two fish dishes on the menu didn't sound appealing. Also, the dessert, there was actually nothing that I would have liked so ended up not ordering anything. The chocolate dessert had espresso in it which would keep me awake all night. There didn't seem to be anything plain and simple! |

The bathroom and bed were my favourites. Plenty of space and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay - great staff, very comfortable and beautiful design. Just an observation - I didn't like the price tags attached to laundry bags/umbrellas etc. I can understand why but as it's probably the first thing that catches your eye when you settle in - it didn't feel very welcoming. |

Outstanding design, large bedroom with huge bed. Hotel staff very attentive which was sometimes taken to the extreme. Meals were excellent in terms of choice, quality and presentation. Location as part of a retail park is not what we expected. Given hotel quality surprised there was no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom especially as we were presented with two cup cakes which were very yum but needed a drink to accompany. |

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very big and the choice at breakfast was great. Although the gym had 24 hour access it was a bit small. |

The staff were superb, attentive and obliging, but not intrusive. The decor is luxurious and exactly what you pay for. I am an exacting customer and could find little or nothing to crtiticize about. Keep up ur hard work and dedication to excillence in customer service. When I requested an extra chair to sit with my family at breakfast, the chair was brought, but was v dirty with a lot of dried in food. Another small matter are the table heights. Closer attention needs to be kept to the physical restrictions of lower table and customers above 6ft plus |

The whole experience from first meeting the staff at reception, the room was excellent, the whole design inside the hotel, each seating area and surroundings were different, and the food was excellent. |
