The staff we all very friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The design of the hotel was very funky and quirky... I loved the paintings throughout the hotel of Philip Traceys work! The room was very comfortable and made it very easy to switch off and relax... exactly what we wanted!!! The corridors were very dark and very warm on level 2 where our room was and when we arrived in our room on the first night some of the lights were not working although when we returned to our room the following day they had been fixed. |

attentive staff, design of room, excellent breakfast which I had served in my room- well worth visit for this service alone bit too geared towards hen parties- was expecting a more unmarket clientele |

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the staff to the rooms, It is without doubt the nicest hotel I have stayed in and have already recommended it to all of my friends and associates. I cannot find fault with any part of my stay in this hotel, Pure luxury. |

The room was stunning; shower(s), bath tub, king size bed and channel selection. Location was quite far from the city centre, 20 min walk which a progressive hill! |

Hotel staff were approachable and friendly. Towels were smelly and room wasnt completely clean.[There was a lot of dust beneath the fridge] |

rooms were comfortable and contained more than enough toiletries. I didnt like the fact that you have to pay an extra supplement on arrival to use the pool. Sound on television didnt work too well. |

service was excellent, food fabulous and general decor and ambience senond to none, fantastic place to recharge the batteries in style. location in retail park a bit off putting initially, but once inside the door forgot about it due to overall experience. |

The staff and the bed the intrerior decoration was gaudy and funky, the view was terrible, could not sit at bar, lighting is very dim, not good value for the money the hotel layout was not good, the use of deep purple throughout the hotel would sffend some cultures |
