The place was buzzing! Great central location
It was a single room
Very central for a weekend on the town in the city. This hotel was within walking distance to most centrally located bars and restaurants in the city. Comfortable but you get what you pay for.
I had a lovely stay and everything was very good except for the 7.00 charge to bring breakfast to the room. This is way too expensive in addition to the euro 10 extra charge for breakfast anyway. Euro 17 is a bit Irish for breakfast!
Center of Limerick. Good pubs nearly. Parking easy. Room was bright and clean. Restaurant was nice for our party night. Good steak .
Beer selection in the bar is awful. Hino Carlsberg peroni is about it. Mass produced tasteless rubbish. No Local craft beers or even a basic Erdinger or Paulaner. Cocktail's were nice though.
Bathroom was spotless, comfy bed, nice bar serving good food.
location in city Bar staff, breakfast and staff at breakfast.
finding the car park
the room was small and dark and the light switch was located under the mirror making it very difficult to locate particularly in the dark.
Friendly staff. Clean, good vacilities.
Bed was hard
Good central location
First a live band followed by a disco which blared through the building and resulted in not being able to sleep until after 2am.
The Hotel Is Ideally Located, The Staff Very Friendly & Helpful, Rooms Clean & Beds Very Comfortable, The Bar Had A Great Range Of Drinks & A Great Atmosphere, Breakfast Was Excellent The Next Morning
11am Slightly To Early For Checking Out
The all-night music that was blaring until 2am, I was on the 3rd floor and could hear every note of every song until it ended.
Location was good.
Didn't find the staff very helpful.Parking was inconvenient and had to pay extra money.Breakfast not included.Had to pay for triple room even though only two of us stayed there.
I booked a single room But I was disgusted with standard. It was tiny - bed squashed in between a window and and wardrobe. Bathroom was freezing probably due to fact it had a huge window in it. Bedroom also has a huge window. Heat was on but made little impact. This room is not up to standard for price paid.
As above. Also breakfast not included in price. I've stayed here before and it was fine so v disappointed to see huge drop in standard.
Everything, staff great, music, breakfast, cost, just brillient
Good Food friendly staff
Needs to be more visable fron outside exspecially from o connell st.
This hotel is located in very centre of Limerick. We paid 140e for 2 nights and it was well worth it. The receptionist on arrival was very polite and professional. The lobby decor is modern, decent smoking area is to the right (with shelter and heaters) and the hotel bar is to the left. Even further to the left is the Hotel Restaurant. The bar staff was friendly and polite, the bar food was nice. The bar was full of people over the whole weekend, the atmosphere was good. White wine was nice (7.20e - I think for a glass). You can get bottle of Prosecco for 25e. Our room was on 5 th floor - you need your key card to be able to use the lift (which makes the hotel secure but our card stopped working in the lift so we had to get it changed). The room was good size, comfi bed, clean and modern. Speedy Wifi was available everywhere in the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be going back to this hotel.
The bar is a decent size - could do with more tables in the middle. TV’s are quite small. My boyfriend found pints of Heineken too warm and flat so he didn’t enjoy it
staff very efficient and friendly. location is excellent. rooms are good sized, modern decor. I love this hotel!
Central location was brilliant... Staff very helpful & friendly .. would definitely stay here again!
All very good quality
No free parking
Everything excellent location room staff food warm and cosy very clean and comfortable would decor classy and modern would highly recommend this hotel
Stayed here many times but never find staff to be very friendly
Being right in the middle of town near all the facilities.
Limerick isn't that well connected, only a train or bus service from Dublin or a flight to Shannon with a major taxi ride.
Enjoyed staying in for meal and drinks on scold, rainy night with great service and attention from our waitperson
Omg! Limerick has all one way streets, had a difficult time getting into multi story car park and reception did not give us correct info on parking charges
Ideal location for one night stay
