Yes, the staff were very good. I liked the design of the hotel. I liked the fact that it is centrally placed in Limerick city. And the price was reasonable - -very. I have a bad back! The bed was too soft for me, and very "springy".Also, the complimentary internet access on floors other than Floor 7 was in very intermittent operation, although the Staff very kindly offered to allow me to use a computer in their own office. |

Booked Double/twin room. Was not asked to specify which at time of booking. I was then told that there were no twin rooms available at check-in. |

I have to say that having a disco on Friday and Saturday night with out soundproof on the first two floors is abit of a remiss. An idia would be to profile your guests, and put a more younger (I hate to say)guest on these floors. |

It was a modern hotel, very comfortable, the computer with printer on every floor was wonderful, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable The car parking regulations were a little annoying. The reception area was quite cold. |

7th floor view was fab, reception staff very friendly couldn't do enough to help, bar was tasteful with welcoming atmosphere, location was excellent surrounded by boutiques and plenty of bars, ( Myles Breen pub across rd has the best guinness in town ! ) hotel is themed as business but would recommend for most. the shower could be a bit more powerful |

Good city center location, very stylish. good value. Easy in and out, comfortable atmosphere. good that we didn't want breakfast and were there while parking was free. Computer with internet in the hallway. Will stay there again and recommend to friends. parking in the next building, included only certain times. Key for elevator kind of a hassle. |

The location was good for the town, not far from local attractions and the bar and restaurant was at a reasonable cost and efficiently executed. |

Well run and accomodating. If we had a question or request, the reception or dining room staff would do their best to answer it. Thought the breakfast was overpriced. We opted for the continental yat there were no meat or chees selections as advertised on the menu. |

This place was cheap and right in the center of the city. It was a 1 minute walk to every bar and club in the city. It has a nice bar and restaurant. The staff was also very nice and the bed was comfortable. |
