Its proximity to the city, the stylish design.Value for money.Receptionist very helpful.Quick checkin. We visited the bar for food.Felt ignored there.Had to go up and get the menu, then we were sitting for ages.Nobody approached us to order even though there was plenty of staff on and not that busy.Eventually went up to the bar and was acknowledged straight away but kind of tainted the experience.Only got a caesar salad and some drinks and it was nice.I rang down in the morning for breakfast and the girl took my order.5 minutes later she rings back to tell me they couldnt bring it up!!I walked down the lobby around 15 minutes later & there wasnt that many customers around to say they couldnt cater for room service on a sunday morning at 10am!For a 4 star hotel this could & should be accomadated for leisure travellers espically at the weekend |

It was central, good meals and helpful staff. This hotel is not handicap friendly. i.e. no wheel chairs available, no rubber bath mats. |

The staff were very helpful - the surroundings were very pleasant. I would have liked the car park entrance to be on the street beside the hotel. |

This was the worst hotel room of my trip. My room was dirty and had a chemical smell. Moreover, my room faced the hotel night club that played loud music. There was screaming until 5am. I did not sleep one wink. Asked for another room, however, they told me all rooms were loud. They do not have a noise code. |

We liked the central location. The hotel is very modern and the room was well designed. There is free use of computers including internet access and newspapers every day. The staff at reception are excellent. We would have liked some up to date music played on the outdoor terrace. A minor issue though. |

Convenience - though it was hard to find how to get there through all the one-way streets I don't smoke, but stayed in a smoking room - which stank. |
