Breakfast was a bit poor no choice of yogurt no fresh pastries staff forgot to bring our tea and coffee. Juices were tasteless and no one seemed to care about what was goin on.

Staff very friendly. Rooms very modern, clean and great design. Location super. No designated car parking area right outside the hotel (or even just to pull in for a couple of minutes) - a bit of a nuisance with lots of luggage.

Location The whole hotel is somewhat run down and needs renovation. Hence, the price was not justified. At breakfast, the waiters were not very attentive and motivated. They asked for tea or coffee when you already finished your breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and I regret staying there.

As we traveled by Rail, the George Hotel was most convenient. Also, we were keen to visit the Hunt Museum...again the George was only a short walk away. The Staff and facilities were first-class. Nothing we could fault

Convenient location for night out. Good deal on car parking for overnight stay. Single room was adequate but small. Could have had a double room for single occupancy in other central hotel for similar cost. Room overlooked OConnell St and was very noisy with cars and revellers.

We have stayed here a number of times largely due to it's location (it is right in the centre of Limerick) and the price (this time it was €79 but we have got it cheaper before). It is a nice hotel, clean, well presented and good value. The rooms are all okay - not perhaps by us standard but good for Europe. The free internet in the room is good and fast and is another reason why we stay there. The car parking is not free if you are a normal person and it is a pity the website is not more honest about this. It is only free if you arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am. We arrived at 4pm and left at 11pm and paid €7.50 which is the maximum daily rate - Still okay for city centre parking but the web entry is misleading. We ordered a double room and got a room with two single beds pushed together to fake a double bed - Sorry but two single beds together do not a double bed make. Not the end of the world but you asked what I didn't live

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and atmosphere in the hotel bar was excellent. There was a group of women on a hen party staying on the same floor as my husband and I. We were just staying for one night to have a break and get some rest from our young children. The women were very inconsiderate and shouted for a good part of the night, they knocked on our door and rang our phone. We got little or no sleep at all. The hotel was otherwise very quiet considering that it is on a main street. We had stayed here before and chose to stay again because of the lovely experience we had the first time. We ended up going home even more tired than when we arrived!

Staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Noise from the street was intense and made sleep almost impossible. Better insulation from street noise is required.

Clean, good food, luxury feel. Good location. Parking is an issue and should be free, expensive for certain things such as cofee(s), lunch etc. Breakfast selection could improve.
