We have stayed in the George before and have never had any problems. On this stay we were even happier as we got a 7th floor room with a balcony and two bedrooms, the rooms are so nice and so spacious and the rates are excellent I am always very impressed with this hotel and will definately be staying again. |

It was very central and had a very appealing lay out. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The place was very welcoming The hotel room was fine but was for a couple with a disability and showering was a little off putting as a result. The bed was very comfortable and thats all we recquired. |

The location of the hotel was very good. The food was lovely and the bar staff were friendly. Although there is a carpark a short walk away, it was dirfficult to initially park to drop luggage off. |

The politeness of the staff, the comfort and space of the room, the ample breakfast and the security (you could only access your floor with a keycard). The smell from the restaurant drifted up to the corridors on our floor leaving a somewhat stale cabbage and chips smell, but it didn't impinge on the room. |

The helpful man on reception, the room decor and comfortable beds, the central location of the hotel, the snazzy bar and most of all, the price - 3 of us stayed for €49 for the night, fantastic value for a top notch hotel. The hotel hadn't noticed my request for a specific type of room (2 room options were available and I wanted 3 beds for 3 of us, rather than a double and single). However, the kind man on reception immediately offered us an additional single room, at the original €49 price, which I thought was excellent customer service. This meant that two of us could get up early for Shannon Airport on Monday morning while the 3rd person could sleep in peace. So no complaints at all, as a negative was turned into a complete positive with no fuss. I will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to any visitors to LImerick/Shannon Region. |

IT was very reasonable at €49 for 2 people. The decor in the rooms are nice. Its very central, just off O' Connell Street. The room that breakfast is served in is the bar, but if you dont mind that... |

Its proximity to the city, the stylish design.Value for money.Receptionist very helpful.Quick checkin. We visited the bar for food.Felt ignored there.Had to go up and get the menu, then we were sitting for ages.Nobody approached us to order even though there was plenty of staff on and not that busy.Eventually went up to the bar and was acknowledged straight away but kind of tainted the experience.Only got a caesar salad and some drinks and it was nice.I rang down in the morning for breakfast and the girl took my order.5 minutes later she rings back to tell me they couldnt bring it up!!I walked down the lobby around 15 minutes later & there wasnt that many customers around to say they couldnt cater for room service on a sunday morning at 10am!For a 4 star hotel this could & should be accomadated for leisure travellers espically at the weekend |
