We had a lovely stay, was made very welcome, staff could not do enough for us, and food was excellent and very well presented, will be going back and thanks to all.

A bit noisy at night but other than that perfect.

Room spacious and very comfortable. Good central location. Welcoming staff at reception.

Room overlooked O'Connell street so a lot of noise from the street as it was the weekend. Parking at Howley Quay: lights were not on in the area our car was parked in the morning after check out!

Excellent location, very clean and excellent staff. Elevator operated by room key so very safe

I ordered a king sized bed and instead of getting a king sized mattress as expected it was a double and single mattress joined together in a king sized housing

The reception staff greeted us warmly and assisted us to log onto free WiFi and provided us with comfortable accommodation with an excellent en suite. The breakfast was a very nice smorgasbord after a most comfortable night.

Difficulty finding the hotel without a sat nav. The hotel does not have its own car park and guests are required to park in the next block at a public carpark; however, the hotel does have a lower fee relationship with the carpark.

Everything worked out well - very quick at reception booking in even though the hotel were busy dealing with another tour party. Dining room was also efficient and staff very friendly & helpful.

Perhaps the escalator was not scheduled to "go upstairs" after a long night on the town!!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We booked a room at The George 5min before walking in after canceling a stay at The Pery's Best Western (AWFUL. Never stay there), and our room was ready in 2 minutes. Revka at reception is wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely, large, and very clean. Black out curtains were great for the early sunrises. The self-serve laundry was convenient and free. Lovely lobby area with a bar, nicer restaurant, and an outside terrace. After 8pm there is a doorman to make sure no one comes in who isn't a guest or restaurant attendee. There were also stairs, an escalator, and an elevator leading to the lobby (on the 2nd floor). Great location as well, one block from the waterfront and right in the middle of town. Arthur's Quay was only a 3 minute walk. Overall, it was fantastic.

The only drawback was the dryer in the self-service laundry was a pain, and after an hr of drying my friend and I simply hung our damp things up to dry in our room overnight. Not a huge deal.

Location was good. Hotel itself was very fancy

2 single beds pushed together that were slightly higher than the other so didn't sleep very week. Breakfast was not night. Food was dry should have went else where for breakfast. So the B&B part of our stay was a let down

Great service, great food in the restaurant, and the room we had was perfect. We travelled as 3 people across Ireland and this was the best equipped room of all for our needs. Parking was great, and Dunnes store right across the street from the hotel made shopping quite easy.

The name of the hotel on the outside was The George, so we were looking for the George Boutique as we were driving so we were a little confused at first but definitely worth finding.
