On arrival I was told that my room was in the new extension out the back. There is a lift to all floors and the room was clean and very quiet at night. The location is very close to Connolly train station and on the day of checkout I was able to leave my bags in the hotel until I was coming back for the train. Excellent value for money I would stay there again. The room is small, basic furniture, no chair |

this B and B is well located in the city center and it was quiet. there was no mirror in the room and when i asked staff for one they were unable to get one elsewhere. the room is in need of painting and decoration as it is dated. breakfast could also be improved, skinny sausages, wafer thin piece of white pudding, one piece of bacon and a plate of beans is not an irish breakfast! |

The price was good compared with other accommodation in Dublin, the rooms were clean and it was surprisingly quiet at night. The location, we didnt realise how far it was from temple bar. Also the breakfast was a bit ropey to say the least. Fine if all you want is somewhere to lay your head after too many Guiness! |

We enjoyed the proximity to the main tourist attractions and the accessibility of parking. Although we booked a twin room we were given a family room which was more spacious. The breakfast was nothing out of the box, but certainly good enough to set us up happily for the day. For the price this is an ok hotel to lay your head down in. |

The Staff were helpful in every way to make my stay enjoyable. I was able to have a good night sleep with no one disturbing me. The location is central to the area for social life, transport & was safe to walk around the area whilst there. The small area/space was very limited/small to get into the room as you have to open 1 door then immediately the room door. |
