definitely value for money, we were staying in the new building so everything new and clean
breakfast- staff coming with a piece of paper, asking you to read and choose whilst they wait, at 9:55, as bfast finishing at 10:00, i was told there is no more coffee available; be a bit more flexible
position and costumers friendly
The noise coming from the small house in the yard which started and stoped all night keeping us awake all night
Easy walking distance of shopping etc, good local pub with food, staff very pleasant excellent breakfast and value for money
Could be noisy some nights from neighbouring properties
Very much enjoyed our stay , we did only sleep there , it's a bit noisey early morning which wasn't a real problem , but they must change their televisions my god there so old
Just the tv
Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed, great location... what more could you want?!
Room was nice and warm, clean and the bed was comfortable
Staff working there were very rude. I asked at reception could I use the telephone and he start at me as if I had ask something difficult, laughed and the told me no.
Acceptably clean and central
Rough area, no amenities/toiletries, poor breakfast considering the rate we paid.
Most staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious.
We were in the basement in a double room which was directly under the main lobby. We heard every footstep of anyone coming and going. We both really struggled to sleep
location, very warm in the winter, good wifi
city centre location can't open the curtains, lacks windows.
Good b&b value for money va comfortable.
Good location friendly staff great price lovely br
The Location is good even though many people had warned us it could be a rough area and we should be careful specially at night. Clean, basic but good for the price
Beds were uncomfortable and shower wasn't great, some days we had the heating on so high we were roasting but some other days the room was freezing, no heating at all... no big issues
The location - close to the central avenue (O'Connell Street), fairly close to a bus stop. Fast wifi in the guest house with no login required. Comfy bed.
The area is bit dodgy, as a lone female traveller friends advised me not to go out after dark on my own I asked for a quite room: I was given one on top floor but heard a loud fan/ventilator going on all night The carpet in the room in looked bit dirty (corners)
Hotel is in a good location close to Dublin city centre. Good breakfast.
Bed was a bit small for two & flat pillows.
Very close to the city center (about 5 mins walking to the O'Connel Street). Bus from/to the Airport AirLink stops at door. Good breakfast, the French Toasts with Honey were really tasty. Room cleaning was done everyday. Heated room. Internet access in the room. Great choise for travelers looking for a fair price/quality relashionship.
No hair dryer in the room.
Great location just ten minutes far from Temple Bar and James Joyce Center. Kind staff and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and warm. If I return to Dublin I'll stay there!
The bathroom was nice, hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning was good and the fact it was included added to value for money. Good location with a bus from the airport stopping right outside.
The windows were old and they let in quite a lot of noise from the busy street outside but this didn't stop me from sleeping.
Good location No noise Breakfast A good shower
TV didn't work most of the time Wi-fi worked properly only in reception Fitted carpet
Handy location next to airport bus stop. Nice staff. Clean.
Doors very difficult to lock - you can't tell when in the room if the door is really locked. Beds too short. Rooms not warm enough as once heating goes off. Beds need more blankets.
no socket box for underwear in the room
good location great breakfast clean rooms friendly staff great value for money
dining room cramped window in room 9 rattled but would go back
Clean, comfortable accommodation - reasonable price, especially as it included a very good breakfast. Staff in the Dining Room very friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for a week in Sept with my daughter. Room although comfortable was very small. Handy to Oconnell st and train station. Breakfast staff were very nice and made sure we had all that we wanted. We had a room towards the back so looked onto some units. couldnt really leave curtain open for light.
Wifi kept dropping out, reception staff sometimes came across as rude.
I liked that I only stayed one night. This place was terrible.
A truly terrible experience in every way. Loud music from the adjacent apartment buildings all night so no sleep, the staff refused to help with baggage when asked, plumbing didn't work (shower, toilet and basin all leaked) sheets and towels were stained and smelt used, and the accommodation was extremely expensive. Avoid this place.
