Great location. Staff really friendly and breakfast ( which was included) was really yummy. Good value.
The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable! Didn't ruin our stay though
A very nice little guesthouse not far from O'Connell street - everything is nearby. Friendly staff, nice breakfast - if you go on a day tour and leave early in the morning, you can easily grab some milk/juice and snacks before the main breakfast: they won't leave you starving. Room was simple but clean - exactly what I needed for a short stay: we only slept there, really, and spent all the days walking.
There is no conditioner in the room, but there is a large french window and a balcony instead, so that's OK. And these traditional Irish/British two taps in the bathroom sink are funny, really :) But that's okay, too. I liked the place.
bed and noise
Nice and comfortable room and spacious enough for two pax. good location, near to the city centre (walking distance)
Sometimes the heater the turn off for awhile in the middle of the night
Location of the hotel was great a short walk from the main city & all areas of interest also a short walk to public transport. Value for money & clean. Free WiFi in room hot drink facilities, staff clean & tidy the room near on every day replen tea & coffee etc clean towels as well
Room does not resemble what's in the picture, triple room cramed with 2 single beds & 1 double also room to hot not a big enough window to air the room out or cool the room down as heating comes on when it wants & no way of cooling the room down. Walls n floors are thin so can hear everything that's going on. Tv channels not great. No drinking facilities ie . fresh drinking water once breakfast has finished at 10am
Clean, comfortable room. Hot but able to control heat Women serving breakfast were friendly
Waiting for breakfast and limited choice. Noise from smokers outside next doors backpackers
The location is ideal, breakfast was good, the rooms were clean
The tabs in the bathroom were separate, so hot and cold came from a different tab
Delicious breakfast Very helpful staff Very big and warm room Quite and secure area plenty of hotels and b&b
Quite far from the clubs/area and main street, at least to go there wearing heels ;)
The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the heart of city centre :) the breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good and lots of it!
Is it very near to the centre. Its clean, the wifi is it amazing.
television signal was not good
Had a fantastic time in Dublin. Very very suprised with the guesthouse. Was clean, tidy, lovely bed and fab shower. For the price, i would defo stop here again and recommend it highly!!
The staff at breakfast did struggle with spoken english which did make it a little taxing at times.
The breakfast staff were lovely and helpful.
It was far too hot, couldn't breath in the rooms and we were not able to turn the heating down. The shower was only big enough to stand in, you could not turn around without hitting something. The bathroom facilities were poorly placed and the tiles were falling off the wall and the taps were leaking. The bedroom was basic just enough room to walk around the bed, tea making facilities - had to move the single wardrobe to plug the kettle in.
Good location with a bus stop outside the hotel to airport
Could make with a continental breakfast as well.
It was clean, small and comfortable. Just what we needed as we spent most of the time exploring anyway.
The bed wasn't hugely comfortable but okay for a short weekend stay.
Breakfast Room was easy to warm Shower was lovely
Location felt dodge Paper thin walls let noise in Didn't really trust the staff
comfy bed spacious bathroom
the receptionist were quite cold, not very smiley or chatty and the reception smelt very musty but don't let this put you off. The carpets were stained in the bedroom but otherwise good value for money
The room was comfortable and big. Clean and quiet. In the morning a good breakfast.
great value for money.
Amazing staff!! Very nice people! Room is a little bit simple, but for reasonable price.
The location was great, very close to Busaras and O'Connell street. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was kept nice and warm, the bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. We have found our new preferred spot in Dublin!
Nothing bad to say!
Manager/Owner was helpful in getting us a heater for our room for the second day. Only for the heating issue I would recommend the Glen Guesthouse as it was clean and breakfast was good.
No heating in our room for the first night in December not ideal. First gentleman we spoke to did not help to resolve the problem so spent the night very cold in our beds.
very well located, easy to get/go to/from the airport.
