The enviroment and staff. The room was excellent in spite of a rather awful view. Staff was very professional and friendly. |

Nice lounge, comfortable rooms, good selection of toiletries, food available 24 hour, internet access- all great. Temperature of rooms and bar was too hot, though I assume this is for american tourists. |

Its central location within the city, the fact that the local bus dropped us off directly in front of the hotel made it wonderfully simple. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and professional. The room was beautiful (even if the view into the center of the building from the window was plain). The fact that power outlets had been set up for all types of connection and was thoughtfully arranged for personal laptops was terrific. The suggestions on methods of travel and places to go were perfect. We were very happy. |

the location was ideal very convenient for bus train and luas also a centre for excellent shopping streets. room 321 was next to storeroom and the constant banging of the door made our room very noisy especially at 7 oclock in the morning. slaming of door and locking and unlocking of door was quite annoying.I would make sure where my room was located the next time. |

The convenient location, the ambience of ground floor facilities, the helpful staff, the old world charm. Small room, breakfast not good value, fitness suite requires repair and maintenance, expensive food and drink. |

The sense of tradition that the Gresham maintains. Paying €17.50 for tea and toast for two people. Seems quite a bit over the top. |

Central location. Very noisy location, sirens sounding all night, breakfast was an extortionate 18 euro for a very poor continental breakfast and dinner in the lobby of very overcooked chicken was a joke. |

The stay at the Gresham hotel was made enjoyable because nothing was a problem to any of the staff and they treated you with respect even when you came in at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel is situated convenient for anyone wishing to use any of the public transport of Dublin City. |

It was very central and within easy walking distance of the o2 temple Bar and the shopping areas. Rooms were very reasonable but the cost to dine in the hotel was prohibitive. |

Very friendly staff (althought concierge service, while still good and friendly enough, wasn't as gracious as the rest of the staff service). Spacious bedroom/bathroom for a city hotel. Good Irish breakfast although a tad pricey. Location, location, location - airport bus takes you to the doorsteps of the hotel! And easy to get to the south of the Liffey (the river dividing the city) on foot - it's a small city and can walk everywhere. |

the cleanliness and friendliness. nothing seemed to be a problem. the location was ideal for both sightseeing and local ammenities. transport links were very good we thought the price of the breakfast was a bit extreme especially if we had wanted it to be delivered to our room |

The hotel was convenient and comfortable. I thought that $18 for continental breakfast was excessive. However the cost of the room was very reasonable |

To be honest there was nothing in this hotel that would lure me back, the design when you first walked into the hotel was lovely but the rooms were poor enough, and the bathroom was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. My boyfriend got up to have a shower at half 11 the next morning and when he ran the shower for a few mins the bathtub filled up with water and the water was yellow. As we had to check out at 12, we waited to speak to the receptionist about it and when we did so the only thing she said to us is that we should have called the reception and got our rooms changed. It wasn't hardly worth changing rooms for the sake of half an hour. We haven' heard further from the hotel since. |

This smart, stylish, upgraded hotel is just off O'Connell Street in Dublin city centre, a short stroll from shopping, Temple Bar, Trinity College, St. Stephens Green, galleries and attractions. |
Less than a minute from O’Connell Street, this is a newly built hotel centrally located in the heart of Dublin city centre. |
With a magnificent location, right in the heart of the city of Dublin, this 4-star hotel offers sophisticated Irish elegance; luxurious accommodation and facilities; and traditional charm. |
Aquest hotel modern i cèntric té vistes al riu Liffey i és al costat de l'estació de Heuston. El centre de la ciutat i la zona animada de Temple Bar són a 5 minuts amb tramvia LUAS. |
