Η θέση του στο κέντρο της πόλης Η χρήση στούς νυπτήρες του μπάνιου μπαταρίας ( βρύσης ) παλαιού τύπου βικτωριανής εποχής είναι πια απαράδεκτη. Το δωμάτιο πουμου έδωσαν απαράδεκτο έβλεπε σε φωταγωγο.Η τιμή για το πρωινό αρκετά αλμυρή σε σχέση του τι σου προσφέρουν. |

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Arrived early (9.00 a.m.) but was able to leave our luggage in store room and go off sight seeing, the reception staff were extremely courteous and helpful as were all members of staff. Been to Dublin quite a few times and will definitely be staying again at The Gresham Hotel, by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Our room was luxury beyond belief, en-suite fantastic. Hotel in excellent location. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you. |

City centre location, room was relatively quiet, flat screen television was nice. That's all really. Had to pay for parking! Room was too hot to sleep comfortably in, air conditioning did not work properly, handles on window were broken. There was no bottle of water in room. Not a 4 star experience. |

The location was quite central The hotel was lovely and luxurious, however the towels in our accomodation were dirty and one of them even had a moth inside it when opened up. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel and the price. |

I was just so disappointed with the hotel oan our room I was treating my daughter... as she has not been well and I thought what better than the Gresham hotel a famous hotel in dublin.!!!but I was very disappointed and thought our accomodation was very basic for the price and we need not receive value for money. |

Very well refurbished, friendly staff, excellent location, good sized rooms, very good rate deal - just couldn't fault it. A drink in the lounge looking out on O'Connell Street is highly recommended for people watchers. |

Do not book a taxi on reception. The taxi will charge 10€ extra. I believe it's a mafia between the persons who work on reception at night and early morning and the taxi drivers. The regular fare if you take a taxi just in fron of the hotel main door should be around 20 euros, but if you book it in the hotel they will charge 30 euros since they do not have taxi meter. |

The room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly, bed was very comfortable and shower was very good. My room was next to the elevator and faced on to the main road which, as I arrived late and left early, was not a real issue. I could hear the elevator doors opening and people in the street but nothing that interrupted my sleep. There was no mini-bar just an empty fridge. Tea and coffee facilities were in the drawer. |
