Breakfast was great
Bed could have been more comfortable
The location was good and the food excellent.
The noise in the corridors from guests coming back in the early hours of the morning was really bad. The staff at reception should have had them escorted to there rooms due to there intoxicated state.
The comfort of the room
The price of breakfast
helpfulness of all staff
The staff were all very friendly and helpful with special mention to Andrew.. lovely friendly and personal attention. The general homliness and considerate manager and staff...room 552
My sister had a problem with heating in her room 550 but staff did their best to sort it at all hours!
The size of the bedroom - wonderful to have so much space for 3 nights
Like dit all. Nothing negative to feed back
The staff were very helpful and pleasant
Bus stop right outside. Rooms a good size and very comfy beds.
They tried to add a movie to our bill and was quizzed as to what tv we had watched! Reluctantly removed from our bill. Long wait in the bar.
Found the room to be very cold, a gap in the window and heat wasn't working
Good size room, speedy room service, plenty of choice for food and drink. Room good size and comfortable.
Would have liked a blind or curtain on the opaque bathroom window. No water in the room.
Very comfortable bed
Breakfast in the hotel very pricey but plenty of eateries outside within walking distance of the hotel
Spacious bright warm
Bed no more than 4ft.6". For an upgrade price I would have expected queen size or king. The room had nothing extra to justify the price difference.
Staff and the location really made our my 1st trip to Dublin
The food at Toddy’s Brasserie has never been a disappointment, the menu is simple but would be varied enough for anybody’s likes and is presented and cooked to perfection. The overall ambience of the Toddy’s bar and the main bar area made it a real pleasure to relax at the end of the day after being busy traipsing around Dublin.
There was a problem with our booking which was dealt with very quickly and we were upgraded to a suite.
Value for money combined with staying in an iconic hotel .
Only issue we had was the room felt a bit warm/stuffy and adjustments on the A/C unit appeared to have no effect ... Only option was to open the window but this allowed outside noise to enter room
We (2 couples) arrived at 8am hoping to drop our bags - but to our complete delight out rooms were ready and we could freshen up before a hard day of frequenting pubs and bars. The rooms are large and comfortable. We got a plate of muffins in each room as we had let staff know we were celebrating birthdays. Online check in worked great too!
our view wasnt great but didnt take anything away from a fantastic stay.
Hotel centrally placed and comfort
Dust all over room lampshade above air con and wardrobe! Room was small . Bar wasn't nice pints were flat. Reception ceiling was leaking on arrival
Online check in...
Cocktails a tad pricey for size of them..
Reception staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Suite was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Dublin. Very central for taxis and shopping.
When we arrived the concierge rang up to welcome us, to question whether we were happy with the standard of everything and told us of their availability for anything like where to go
Location is good. Housekeeping staff are brilliant
Some of the reception staff require customer service training. Very abrupt.
Mattress in bed needs to be replaced
This was the first time I have visited the Gresham and enjoyed the afternoon tea and Delux Room
Location was quiet noisy during the night
