The Gresham Hotel

The staff were really friendly and room was exceptinally clean. The
hotel is central to everything and shops and restaurants are easily
accessible.

It was too warm but this was probably because it was also very
humid outside.

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was confotable.

On Sunday there was a 'buffet' type of service for food at the bar. The
sandwiches were tasteless. There was no pens or writing facilties in the
room and no mini bar.

This was our third stay at the Gresham because of its location to the
shops and enterainment.

Both main restuarants being closed at dinner time and many of the lobby
and bar seating was reserved. So meal choice was very limited.

The service was top class and staff were very helpful especially in
taking time to give directions and relevant information.The hotel was in
excellelent order. Great location to see dublin, on foot or by public
transport. I would even strongly recommend the Toddy bistro to residents
and non residents as somewhere for good food and not too expensive to
eat in dublin. Got a good rate for our stay

Chocolates in the bedroom each day was a nice touch. Food very good. Friendly ambiance. reat location, right in the centre.

Room at the back do not have as good an outlook as those at the front. No indoor swimming pool.

Good central location - reduced rate was good value

Standard rate of €300 per night is too much as interior of hotel is
getting dated and facilities are not comparable to other hotels with
same price tag.

Rooms very old and musty, decor poor, staff poor - lobby staff could not tell me where to go for a nice coffee or breakfast

Excellent location for acceass to airport by bus.

Lots.felt "run down". Needs a facelift. Concierges useless.

Lovely hotel, old style grand living. Tired old girl but still gorgeous.
