Myself and my partner stayed on a Sunday night even though we were early checking in our room was ready and the reception staff were very helpful would stay again.
Noise from house keeping staff early in the morning I know they have to clean rooms but some people like to sleep late.
Size of rooms. Location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable.
Good location and easy to find, has a car park behind. Breakfast was good.
Windows were not tight fitting so was woken by street noise and construction noise. When asked if I had enjoyed my stay I remarked on this and was promptly not spoken to again? Guess she just wanted rid of me as I had not answered "yes".
Location Access to shops & transport Food General feeling of luxury Room facilities Immediate management action to change our room after 1st night's unacceptable noise
Getting no or little sleep on first night (Mon 8 Sept) due to hotel activity below bedroom - cleansing vehicles, noise of bins, generator noise, workers' voices. This noise went on from 10.30 pm until 8 .30 am, with a reduction around 1 - 5 am. Why could this work not be done during the day ?
It was a very hot night and the air con did not work
Room faced the street and was very noisy
Can't get more central than the Gresham. Its an easy walk to all points of interest. Breakfast is included, which is great and check out was an easy process.
The staff where always so professional and made me feel welcome, even the cleaners going out of their way to make you feel welcome great staff
I know the hotel has to make money but i think you should offer quest's one movie station for free on their tv sets.
Bed duvets had stains of what it looked Like yellow liquid. It looked like pee stains.
Very comfortable room / bed . Breakfast had lots of choice even though only had continental .
I found it noisy in the evening. People talking loudly walking through the corridor and the slamming of doors till after midnight . I'll just bring ear plugs next time.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room and parking were ideal. Location ideal.
Great location you are in the middle of everything going on everything about the hotel is fab would def stay there again .
Very quiet rooms and great sleep
Having to leave the next morning!
Front of house staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean with good facilities
Bathroom really needs an extractor fan. Restaurant staff were a little over keen swiping plates and cups away before we were finished
location of hotel and good atmosphere my 3 sisters and I have been going to the hotel for the past 25 years and we still love it
View from room was of the machinery/plant which was pathetic. Bath tub drain needs to be looked at. It doesn't drain water even at a normal speed.
Location on O'Connell Street. Attractive lobby and lobby bar. Attentive staff.
Uncomfortable bed. Noisy air-conditioning
Sleep deprived and excited to start our trip, the Gresham was kind and accommodating. We were able to check in early, had a lovely selection at breakfast, and found the amenities (like multiple outlets for different electronics from different regions) a plus.
I really like the location! Great people too.
The beds are a little too hard for my taste.
Was told there were sauna and spa facilities. There wasn't. The room was small and had no views. There was an extremely thin quilt on the bed. At breakfast we weren't told what to do so we were sat there waiting for ages. Not worth the money we paid.
Staff and general quality of everything was high
Immediate area is a bit scruffy although it's only a ten minute walk from the south side, temple bar etc which is lovely.
Hotel location- excellent. Staff, particularly waitressing staff in Toddys fantastic. Homely classic hotel with modern nuances.
Hotel choosing to sizeably increase it's prices because of the sporting events being held in the city.
Small towels and no wash cloths
Location was brilliant , Food and facilities were top class.
Staff, location, room service and value for money
It wasn't entirely clear on my booking whether breakfast was included or not.
