The lobby is very nice and so are the elevators. Location is great and the price was quite good too. Very noisy mornings, thanks to to cleaning lady who seemed to forget that people were asleep in next doors (2nd floor) when she was taking cleaning devices out of storage room. Every single day, at 07:30, she was making a lot of noise!!! |

A localização do hotel Tentarem evitar o ruído do bar/cervejaria que dá para os quartos na Lavendery Row uma vez que o barulho dos barris de cerveja a serem descarregados e carregados é insuportável e dura até às 0h30 e começa às 6h30 da manhã |

Quarto espacoso. O loby do hotel é muito quente, o que torna impossivel permanecer mais que 30 minutos. Ha funcionarios muito ruins trabalhando no hotel. |

The location was quite central The hotel was lovely and luxurious, however the towels in our accomodation were dirty and one of them even had a moth inside it when opened up. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel and the price. |

I was just so disappointed with the hotel oan our room I was treating my daughter... as she has not been well and I thought what better than the Gresham hotel a famous hotel in dublin.!!!but I was very disappointed and thought our accomodation was very basic for the price and we need not receive value for money. |

Very well refurbished, friendly staff, excellent location, good sized rooms, very good rate deal - just couldn't fault it. A drink in the lounge looking out on O'Connell Street is highly recommended for people watchers. |

Do not book a taxi on reception. The taxi will charge 10€ extra. I believe it's a mafia between the persons who work on reception at night and early morning and the taxi drivers. The regular fare if you take a taxi just in fron of the hotel main door should be around 20 euros, but if you book it in the hotel they will charge 30 euros since they do not have taxi meter. |

The room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly, bed was very comfortable and shower was very good. My room was next to the elevator and faced on to the main road which, as I arrived late and left early, was not a real issue. I could hear the elevator doors opening and people in the street but nothing that interrupted my sleep. There was no mini-bar just an empty fridge. Tea and coffee facilities were in the drawer. |

The hotel was satisfactory however for a 4 star hotel, I expected more. Breakfast was not included in the price and was outrageously expensive as an add on extra. |

The location is great - I was there on business & it's near everything as well as being first stop for the Air Coach. The architecture is nice, the inside is suitably impressive and everything works. But location is king, and you have it. couldn't open the window and the room got a bit close |

Location and Proximity to City centre The Reception staff charged us €12 for the carpark which we only use for less then 10hrs this was disgraceful giving the price of the hotel compared to other hotels in the Dublin area and free parking at these. I had booked two rooms with friends and will not be recommending Your Hotel ever again |
