Location and friendly staff

Value for money was expensive

I like the old style glamour and friendliness of staff

I may not come again because the rooms were not properly soundproofed. I had two hours sleep he might before and had hoped to sleep in the morning. But I was woken at around 7.30 am with all he banging doors in the corridor as people came and went to breakfast (Room 333).

City centre location. Really good staf who found me a quiet room and did some printing, really nicely.

Location was ideal. The gentleman who deals with the luggage was very nice.

Bedroom was tiny. Shower was very small. Twice our room was entered by cleaners at 8:50 am and again at 9:35 am. Fire Alarm goes off at 11:55 am. We were not asked when checking out how our stay was. A male member of staff looked us up and down as if we were not posh enough to be in his hotel. I e-mailed the hotel an enquiry regarding hair dryer facilities and never recieved a reply.

The front office staff, the Lobby, the Bar and staff, the room. All were perfect.

The cooked breakfast could have been a little hotter!

I found the service and location to be excellent... Right on North O'Connell Street. The cost per night was equal or less than other hotels in the area. The staff were very engaging and helpful. I especially enjoyed the the expansive lobby and many small meeting areas that included food and drink service. These meeting areas provided a convenient location for small group functions with very comfortable chairs and a pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying in the Gresham Hotel for anyone wanting to stay in central Dublin. Note: a number of famous persons visiting Dublin have stayed at the Gresham - The lists is on the back of the drink menu. I wonder if they will add my name? Cheers, Kevin

Service in hotel restaurant could have been better dispite booking we had difficulty getting a table on the first night and waited ages between courses

Location and Front of house are excellent

The rooms at the rear feel a bit "dislocated" from the rest of the hotel and the entrance via the car park is a little utilitarian.

I like how it was so close to everything as it is situated in the city centre.

There was no locks on the bathroom door. The view was looking at a brick wall. We then were moved to another room with a lock but the view was still terrible as we where then looking into people's house looking at the washing. I was also told it was hotel policy that the locks weren't in any room but the second room we moved to had a lock. The air condition was blowing out hot hair. Reported this complaint and was adviced that the hotel system was still on hot from the winter. I stayed at this hotel before and had a beautiful room with bed and breakfast and an evening meal for a reasonable price this time round wasn't one of my best experiences and I wouldn't stay in the hotel again.

Service staff was very responsive and helpful. Location was excellent, convenient to everything in Dublin. Rooms were spacious with ample furnishings.

Rooms have inadequate cooling system. We had to request to change rooms but the improvement was minor.

The staff were excellent, they were very polite

The fact that my booking was totally messed up and they charged me £180 too much. My advice is that if you get offered the 6 floor try and move as it is really hot up there.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this Hotel was outstanding . The staff were freindly and nothing was a problem to them. The room was stunning and spotless. Will definitely be back.

The lift is a bit too far for some of the rooms. It is not so convenient for elderly and the handicap

didnt like that 150 euros was taken off my credit card without my permission but when i asked the staff they said it wasnt taken it was just on "hold" but then said it would be back on in a couple of days. so if it wasnt taken how is it going back? they said its standard procedure but no one told me this would happen

very disappointed at breakfast time cocktail sausages were served ....couldnt believe a hotel of this standard served cocktail sausages!!!
