booked in during aft.on my way to meeting in cork, was back late but night staff very friendly and was able to relax with drink brought into reception from bar. very much appreciated. Thanks No ,What i saw and experienced was very good. |

I must say the gentleman that checked me in at reception was very nice, friendly, chatty and just couldnt have been any more helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size, nice and big. I was very happy with The Heights Hotel Killarney. I booked the room through Booking.com as i could not get in contact with the hotel direct as the phone just rang out. I booked a single room for 58euro and thought it was a good price. The only other fault i would have with the hotel is that i was charged 10euro on my visa for breakfast that i didnt order and didnt have. I have made contact with the hotel and i'm sure it will be resolved shortly. |

The location and comfort of room. Had to wait on return in evening for my ke, actually had to call night porter to get back into my room. Next time will keep key on me!!! |

A big hotel, with the facilities you would expect. Our visit coincided with a large tour from international; tourists. I was disappointed with the breakfast which was chaotic and understaffed because of the large numbers. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. On the outskirts of Killarney so you need a taxi to get you into the city but there is a supermarket closeby. |

Close enough to town centre to make it easily accessible without having the associated noise levels . car parking . Fabulous bar and lounge . Nice to met and chat with locals in a hotel bar . |

The hotel is conveniently located. The food is good and served by very friendly staff, both management and waiting staff. The smell of cigaret smoke in my no smoking room. |

The hotel was easy to find and provided good information on the local area. The radiator too close to the bed to be used. The hotel hosted two parties on the weekend which made it difficult to find a parking space at night. Friday night's party had people running up and down the halls until 0300. I didn't receive my requested wake up call on my departure date. |

Die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personas. Das erste Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen bekam, hatte zwei feuchte Wände und das Licht im Eingang tat es nicht. Ich bekam dann aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer. |

personeel bereidwillig om mee te zoeken naar andere kamer. ruime kamer gekregen. ligging t.o.v van het centrum is vijf autominuten. Het is meer dan 20 minuten lopen. Er zijn ook kleinere kamers zonder uitzicht voor dezelfde prijs. |
