staff were very polite and helpful at all times, facilities were excellent, We had a very relaxing stay. breakfast area understaffed, staff were doing their best. The tunnel running under the hotel to the spa/gym could do with a lick of paint. |

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Breakfast was also very good The shower in my bathroom was broken - you shouldn't have to point out maintenance issues to a 5 star hotel |
