I liked the room, the bathroom, the Intenet access and TV and the lounge area. The decor is great and the staff helpful.. It was clean but not spotless. Room slightly noisy but what else can one expect in downtown Galway overlooking a street? |

Location, temp of room was optimal, design of room was beautiful and unusual, delicious breakfast! The noise in the morning due to it being in the city! Parking is a distance from the hotel so if you forget something (like I did) you have a bit of a walk. |

Great location to shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was also complimentary dressing gowns and slippers, as well as a map of Galway which I thought was a very nice touch. The room could have been cleaner. There were cup marks all over the desk in the room, some hairs at the bottom of the wardrobe and the sink and shower could have been cleaned to a higher standard. Also the TV was placed on top of a very large mini - bar. |

The hotel is in a central very convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. While the breakfast was excellent, the dinner only average, perhaps because the hotel was very busy that day |

Central, nice design, good breakfast Staff were professional but all of them always seemed so tired and defeated all the time. I almost wanted to give them all a big hug and tell them it was going to be ok. |

Food was good The booking was for a suite and the view was dreadful- we looked onto a wall! We asked to be moved and although the hotel did not seem to be full, we were told that there was no other available room. |

the hotel was close to the shopping area of galway. the room we booked was supposed to bea superior/deluxe room as deribed on your website when we got to hotel we were given a very small room the smallest rooms they had we could see the layout on the fire plan they had on the back of the room door. although we did not say anthing as we were only there for the 1 night. |

The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, if compact.Food was very good, service good and they kindly provided an early continental breakfast at no extra cost as I had an early start the next day. There was no on-site car parking. Parking nearby at an extra cost. |

The boutique style of the hotel is the best quality and the comfort level of the room add to a relaxed stay. the bar/restaurant has a lovely atmosphere to it, making it a easy place to chill out... the location could not be better! Stay here any day. the food was good except 1 out of the 3 breakfasts i had, was how i ordered. not a massive complaint, also i had a steak dinner on the first night and asked med-rare but it was well more than rare... thats all.... |

Staff are fantastic- they couldnt do enough for you regardless of what the query or requirement was. Hotel design is lovely, very pretty designs and really comfortable. We had dinner & breakfast in hotel and food and service were both impressive. Would recommend this hotel without any hesitation to anyone going to Galway. |

Central location Reception unwelcoming, soiled carpet in room, smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, shabby lift area in need of painting. Filled out comment card with these points but got no response. |
