Great hotel! The bedroom was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was beautiful, gorgeous pancakes.Staff were helpful and friendly. Extremely central location. Parking not included. No bathrobe as stated in the room. |

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff and the location. The bacon at breakfast was salty. The grouting in the shower stall needed cleaning. |

Great location, staff was professional, the room was quiet, the breakfast good. Overall very comfortable Some bits of the bathroom looked a bit shabby, the sink was blocked, the bedroom and bathroom on the smaller side, overall a bit overpriced |

Very comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms in an excellent location, friendly staff - an ideal place to stay in Galway City. Very small gripe - why the excessively complicated and messy coffee machine to be used to make tea (which comes out slightly coffee flavoured) in the bedroom? |

Lovely quiet room, homely, yet luxurious. Nice design and layout. No street noise or even guest noise. The ir conditioning was perfect , not stiffling as in other hotels. The stairwell could do with a spruce up. If you are on the 1st floor as I was you do end up using the stairwell a lot, so it might need a coat of paint. The rooms were lovely no prob there. Also at breakfast, the ceiling leaked near me. It wasn't a problem for me but the staff didnt really know what to do, but strangely it seemed to have happened before? |
