Lovely quiet room, homely, yet luxurious. Nice design and layout. No street noise or even guest noise. The ir conditioning was perfect , not stiffling as in other hotels. The stairwell could do with a spruce up. If you are on the 1st floor as I was you do end up using the stairwell a lot, so it might need a coat of paint. The rooms were lovely no prob there. Also at breakfast, the ceiling leaked near me. It wasn't a problem for me but the staff didnt really know what to do, but strangely it seemed to have happened before? |

I particularly liked the decor in this hotel - quirky yet comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location is central and yet quiet to allow a restful stay. I will certainly stay here again. |

room was comfortable and clean, breakfast very good and location of hotel was excellent for shopping, restaurants and pubs. We had booked this before looking at reviews. Some of the reviews were a little on the negative side, but I have to say our experience was very positive. Will definitely go back again. Room was a little on the small side for a delux room, but other than that it was perfect |

I liked the quirkiness of the hotel. Food was good, rooms were well equipped and staff were helpful. Overall an enjoyable experience. Hotel was not easy to locate. Lack of privacy in bathroom an issue-swinging glass door. Eleven o'clock check out too early particularly at weekend. |

Pleasant hotel with imaginative decor and a homely atmosphere in a great location. Delicious fresh pastries at breakfast! Cooking smells hung around the lobby area the evening I checked in - and the bathroom was not spotlessly clean. Also, breakfast coffee was not freshly brewed. |

The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and shops. The staff at check in insisted that the room had not been paid for even though I made an advance purchase. We ended up paying for our room twice and we are still waiting for our refund to come through. |

The food in the restaurant is amazing and the decorations are fantastic. Some of the front desk staff are rude and difficult to understand |

Even though it was a short stay we enjoyed it and found the location very good. No parking. Also had to pay extra as we needed a twin room this is something I have never expereinced before usually you only have to pay more if booking a single room felt that this was unfair. |

It was clean, modern and well located. Noise. On the second night of our stay there was loud music until 1.15am. Having tried to sleep since 10pm (early flight next day) we lay awake for over 3 hours listening to a party downstairs. This was on the second floor and it was loud. The first floor must have been worse. Stop the events or warn your guests that they cannon sleep before 1.30am. Will avoid in future. |

The hotel is decorated very classy and modern, a lot of though has been put in to it and it lives up to its boutique reputation. Great bar and restaurant with excellant cocktails and the staff were very friendly. No parking. There is a privately run car park open to the general public two minutes down the road which is subsidised by the hotel, but it still costs €8 to park your car for one day. This cost should be paid by the hotel for the inconvenience to the guest. The room which we booked was described as a "Delux Double" which we paid extra for but by all means was not "Delux". Although the room was very nice, it was small and standard and not what you would expect for the money you may pay for it. |

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite small but very comfortable. We got the room at a cheap rate through booking.com but I wouldn't have been impressed had we paid the full rate (approx 300 euro more) |

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Nice decor. Rooms were not ready on arrival even though check in was supposed to be 2pm. At 3.30pm we got the key for 1 of the 3 rooms booked. The rest had to wait. We were offered a complimentary cup of tea for the inconvenience! |
