The only thing that I can say that I liked was the location, 1. The Cleanliness of the room - there were stains all over the carpet and furniture. 2. The Breakfast - the menu card fir room service is very confusing - you can only select 1 item form the left, however this is not stated in the menu guide, our breakfast was served cold and wrong, we called to amend and have a new breakfast brought up, the waitress who brought the breakfast argued with me in the room and was extremely rude and slammed the breakfast tray down, made me feel extremely unwelcome - I raised this issue upon checkout and the receptionist did not apologise and nor did ask did we enjoy out stay - she was most unhelpful too! All in all a poor let down of a hotel |

The staff were brilliant and the food in the restaurant fantastic. Having to pay for the car park.A one euro discount is pretty pathetic. |

First appearance from the outside didnt like it - However when you go in to the hotel it has a cosy feel to it . Ate in the hotel the first night food lovely and good value for money. Staff friendly and breakfast on both mornings nice as well. Good cocktail bar!!!!! The hotel bar was empty in the evening which was a pity as as it was quite comfy!!! Perhaps a bit of music would not go astray!! Also the tv radio etc in the room was turned off the morng we were checking our and we could not access it at all- As check out time was 11 I thought it would have been available to us until then . Found that a bit odd as it has never happened before!!! We checked out at 10.45. |

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff and the location. The bacon at breakfast was salty. The grouting in the shower stall needed cleaning. |

Great location, staff was professional, the room was quiet, the breakfast good. Overall very comfortable Some bits of the bathroom looked a bit shabby, the sink was blocked, the bedroom and bathroom on the smaller side, overall a bit overpriced |

Very comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms in an excellent location, friendly staff - an ideal place to stay in Galway City. Very small gripe - why the excessively complicated and messy coffee machine to be used to make tea (which comes out slightly coffee flavoured) in the bedroom? |

Reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The proximity of the hotel to the centre of Galway was also a further plus. |
