El hotel está muy cercano al centro, vas andando en pocos minutos. La recepción del hotel está situada en una sala llena de sillones y mesas muy acogedora en la que puedes tomar una copa, un café...Te sientes muy cómodo porque hay un ambiente relajado. El desayuno bufet son básicamente cereales, luego tienen una carta en la que puedes pedir platos cocinados que te hacen si los pides.

La decoración de las habitaciones está muy bien pero la impresión que me da es que no se le hace un mantenimiento; en la nuestra habían dejado en la pared el hueco de la televisión de plasma, ví otra en la cual tenían el televisor encima de una mesa plateada algo estropeada. Cambié la habitación pq el water que era de diseño colgado de la pared parecía que se iba a despegar de ésta cuando te sentabas, estaba casi roto. La impresión que me da es que a primera vista es muy bonito pero no mantienen las cosas. No tiene parking y eso es un rollo pq la zona azul es carísima. Hay un parking en el cual si lo dejas y dices que eres del hotel te salen las 24 horas por 8 euros pero cada vez que saques y metas el coche tendrías que pagar;

Que no ponga más atención en el servicio de las mesas,con poca higiene al no utilizar manteles y servir en ellas directamete y no especilmente limpias.

Very central location close to restaurants and bars. Booked late on internet so got a very good price and so value for money. Nice breakfast.

room was comfortable and clean, breakfast very good and location of hotel was excellent for shopping, restaurants and pubs. We had booked this before looking at reviews. Some of the reviews were a little on the negative side, but I have to say our experience was very positive. Will definitely go back again.

Room was a little on the small side for a delux room, but other than that it was perfect

I liked the quirkiness of the hotel. Food was good, rooms were well equipped and staff were helpful. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Hotel was not easy to locate. Lack of privacy in bathroom an issue-swinging glass door. Eleven o'clock check out too early particularly at weekend.

The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and shops.

The staff at check in insisted that the room had not been paid for even though I made an advance purchase. We ended up paying for our room twice and we are still waiting for our refund to come through.

The food in the restaurant is amazing and the decorations are fantastic.

Some of the front desk staff are rude and difficult to understand

Even though it was a short stay we enjoyed it and found the location very good.

No parking.Also had to pay extra as we needed a twin room this is something I have never expereinced before usually you only have to pay more if booking a single room felt that this was unfair.
