The friendliness and courtesy of all the staff who were young and local and showed interest in their job, and in their customers.
Only gripe we had was the size of the bedroom, with no mirror on dressing table. The bed was too large for the size of the room and we had to squeeze around each other getting around the room ! Having said that, it was not a major issue as we spent little time there anyway !
Staff very easy going
everything was good
Polite staff lovely decor nice food
Rooms are quite noisy. carpet in room 208 had stains on it. remote control was missing. bed was two singles pushed together.
Loved the size of the room, and the location. Very stylish, good quality furnishings.
Disco music until well past 2am. No lighting suitable for makeup in bathroom or bedroom No sockets for phone chargers beside beds
warm welcoming atmosphere backed up with excellent service
Huge beds, lovely breakfasts and fantastic location - could not have asked for more at that price
Great location, right in the city centre but still tucked away on a quiet street. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating.
Non Irish Lady serving Breakfast very negative in attitude. Everything seemed not possible then comes back yes ok? Inadequate training obviously. Breakfast quality poor. Building cold upstairs. Fittings jaded. Quality should be better for well located boutique Hotel and then could charge slightly more tariff.
Lovely all round experience, staff very helpful, hotel in perfect location
Excellent location right in the middle of the city. (Just round the corner from the excellent tapas restaurant Cava.) Very joyful and colourful interior. Very warm and comfortable rooms.
Had a soup from the restaurant there one afternoon as it was too cold to go out. Was not impressed and would'nt inspire me to eat anything else from there. Unfortunate as a tasty soup full of depth and flavour is easy to make... Still the hotel is a definite yes from us.
Beautiful decor Great location Very quiet no noise from the road Lovely staff
Limited number of plug sockets in the rooms
Hotel was very nice.
There was a very bad smell of sewerage in our room.
This is a funky boutique hotel with bright colours. Great atmosphere in a great location. Multi-storey car park is near and cheap at €7.00. Per night.
The food could be better.
Excellent location. Modern, small, chic hotel
No onsite free parking
The woman working on the desk when we checked in was very helpful with our requests. Knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Breakfast was great value for money and we got served quickly - important when you're looking to get on the road!
We returned back from a long day of sightseeing at around 4:30 and got a knock on the door 5 minutes later from housekeeping who hadn't been by yet. Seemed awfully late, and we declined because we just wanted to rest before going out for the night. Staffing in the bar in the evening was limited, resulting in pretty long wait times. Phone in the room didn't work, meaning we had to go down to reception to ask questions.
We really loved our stay here! The hotel is really well decorated and cosy. Staff were very friendly and food was really good too. We will definitely be back!
Double bed was two singles put together which is annoying but the beds themselves were comfy.
On arrival greeted by v friendly staff..fab hotel decor etc....twin room v nice..breakfast lvly...
Bathroom door..no privacy...room v v hot...opened window v loud noise frm street...v disappointed when we returned after our nite as we looking forward to a cocktail and bar man told us he could not make them..bar man who did gone off duty..v disappointed re this.....however will stay in hotel again sometime and hopefully will enjoy a cocktail....
Check in was a little late especially when you are only staying one night.
lovely bright room toasty warm when we arrived on a cold december evening.Breakfast cooked to order home made pancakes and loaves of bread really delicious.Staff really lovely nothing a bother. t
Great location 2 mins to shop street ,comfy warm ,really good shower, great breakfast and cheap 24 hour parking 7e ,will be back
The sink plug got stuck jammed and was full of water
no privacy afforded by the bathroom door that is simply a sheet of glass that doesn't fit all four corners. Otherwise- we had a great time and will be back.
Very comfortable rooms, enormous bed, and the shower was brilliant. Good value for money, well located for exploring Galway, breakfast delicious. Would stay again.
I know the sraff were buay but dey didn't seem to be v happy. Dat comes across to guests.
