All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I was attending a concert in the RDS and the location of the hotel was perfect. Didn't have time to eat on arrival to the hotel or have breakfast as we had to leave early the following morning, so I cannot comment on the food. |

Courtesy and cooperation of the staff. If you could put mini fridges in the room, that might enhance the status of the hotel. I was in Room 33 and I needed a mini fridge. |

Very clean and peaceful room, nice and polite staff. Hot water available in the room. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel, but nearby were some nice cafes to start the day. The bus lines were a little bit messy, but number 7 goes direct to O'Connell. |

I could not fault this hotel. It was very central to public transport to Dublin City, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was reasonable and very tasty. Price was second to none. I dont usually travel on my own but I felt totally relaxed here. |

Visited friends. Explored some of Dublin along the historic canal and did some shopping. Room was very small. No lift or air conditioning. Carpets are quite worn. |

Nice location, well presented hotel, bright and airy inside breakfast experience in other Dublin hotels were shockingly poor (Gresham).....much much better here....but do yourself a favour and pay extra for premium sausages.. the ones on offer were awful |

The shower, the receptionist, an African man was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice. We ordered a double room and the first room we got had two single beds but the receptionist quickly gave us a double room. The tv was very small. The duvets were synthetic |
