The hotel was located perfect for our stay, a short walk away from st stephens green and grafton st (Shopping) Bars & Restaurants nearby were alittle expensive. |

I had a special request for the hotel at the time of booking of a twin rather than a double bedded room and this was taken into consideration. I could hear every creak of the floor from the room above me |

The hotel was comfortable and situated in a very nice location of Dublin 4, approximately 15 - 20 minutes walk to Grafton Street. Excellent value for money, even though breakfast was not included. Would stay there again. Could detect a slight stale smoke residue even though all rooms were non-smoking but wasn't significant enough for me to request a room change. |

Front desk staff very helpful. Only short bus run to city centre from a convenient bus stop located nearby. Freshly cooked breakfasts, pleasant staff. No complaints |

Lovely location. Came to breakfast 5 mins from time. Felt very uncomfortable. Constant clearing away. Corridors bit worn. Poor choice at Breakfast. |

Central location. The breakfast was good value and the breakfast service was quick. The bed was comfortable. I had a room which was close to the staircase. As a result I heard all the movements on the stairs. Also there was very poor water pressure in the hot tap in the basin and the plumbing was noisy. |

The rooms were updated and well appointed and comfortable. The showers and bathrooms are great, water pressure, impressive. The restaurant and bar are very nice and extremely clean. Staff in the bar were very helpful. Parking was great (right in front of the hotel). The front desk reception was not very helpful. The room was too stuffy/hot and when we tried to open the windows to get some air in the room, we kept getting wasps, so we had to close it (this is not the fault of the hotel IMO). Our room (64) was right next to a loud fan or generator which vibrated the walls. No free wireless (other than 20 minutes in the lobby), other hotels in the area provide free wireless, no breakfast included (other hotels for less money include it). Not an easy walk to restaurants/night life. Seemed a little more removed from the city. |

Clean, Affordable, close to centre Nothing major - As it is an old building some noise can carry, and would've been nice if the bar remained open for longer |

Perfect location for our needs, friendly staff Quite dated, not so clean, e.g. lots of dust on the lampshades. You're not guaranteed parking even though it says 'parking available' |

Raj, the night attendant was an outstanding personality. An asset to the Hotel. I wanted to stay another night and the staff did not offer the same rate/night as advertised on bookikng.com for that night. I did not not like that guests had to pay for wireless internet access. |
