Location, staff, value for money
It was a hot day so the room was roasting and not properly ventilated
from the moment we arrived on Friday we were met with a really warm and friendly welcome from Chantelle made us feel at home straight away the rooms were perfect then we went to the den bar met Brendan who again was friendly and helpful plus dinner was wonderful. After a great night sleep we had a lovely breakfast great selection and Ann marie again was welcoming and very helpful never funny in fact all the staff were brilliant so thank you lansdowne hope to see you really soon. the quigley family
Drink prices excessive.
Food excellent - well above average and delightful, friendly staff
Stayed in Room 63 - boiling hot. Perhaps significant that a fan came on with the lights! Yes we were there on a hot day but this was sauna like. Lighting very poor. Large room but unable to work at desk as chairs totally wrong height. Very noisy. Do owners every try these rooms out for themselves?
Room space, bathroom space, other room eqipment

Ultra friendly and helpful staff, spacious hotel, had a lot of fun at the house party. A perfect introduction for my daughter on her first ever night in Ireland
