Good atmosphere in hotel during the rugby match. Very friendly staff
Friendliness of staff. The
I was fortunate to be at the rar of the hotel
As a contractor in Dublin I have stayed in many similar places over the last 6 months. This one wins hands down! Friendly staff, superb bar, clean and comfortable rooms. I will most certainly be recommending this place to all my friends and family and any time I return to Dublin as a tourist in the future I will always look to book in here as a first choice.
Location and staff
Room not great. Shower tray dirty. Shabby.
I had a single room and it was a comfortable size. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fine but costs extra.
All aspects, on arrival courtesy, Location, room, service.
The hotel was clean, great location, grand food, lovely waitress Anne-Marie, great receptionist Shani and all staff were helpful and kind and patient with us.
1) Good WiFi 2) Safe location 20' walking to city center
Good location; good value for money
The very nice quite big room (1st floor, streetside), great design, good shower
Neighbourhood is great, it's a bit far from the citycenter if you don't really like to walk but the busstop is in front (bus 39A). I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends though
Beds uncomfortable bar shut ,restaurant shut, had to find the night porter to move his car as he had blocked our car
Location was great for both work and city centre
Room was cold and decor was outdated. TV was tiny, I couldn’t watch any sport on it. Took too long to book-in as Receptionist was on the phone to a friend, not very professional.
Travelled down to Dublin for a concert in the Olympia with my brother. Just took a chance for a place to stay that was within walking distance (25 mins~). £30 for a twin room (£45 including breakfast which we opted for). All round good value for money, nothing fancy but no complaints.
Free parking was a selling point but there there was only one free space out of about 12 so I wouldn't depend on it! Saying that we did check in after 5pm.
Helpful friendly staff. Very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for courtesy, friendliness, cleanliness and such good value.
The room was warm, convenient location. Receptionist was helpful.
Room was tiny, very dated. En suite shower was smallest I've ever seen, tv in the room was tiny. Small single bed. Wifi is very limited.
Location and friendly staff.
Bar needs to be open on all days.
Some staff were friendly, location is fairly central with local amenities
wifi required login to myplace connect, ridiculous privacy policies - can take all information room was dingy and small and bathroom full of cracked tiles, no cold water running through taps
The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendy.
The walls were very thin and the shower was blocked.
The Breakfast, the staff, the soul of the place.
Location and staff
The floor in the room was very squeaky. The television could be updated. No bath.
