Great location, friendly & caring staff, very pleasant stay
Limited & tight parking
The rooms were clean and very spacious. There were coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The location was good if you don't mind taking a taxi to downtown. However had we not had our children with us, we would have enjoyed a walk into town along the river. The price couldn't be beat for what you get.
They only had instant coffee for breakfast.
Lovely owner Very handy walk to town
Car park space is very tight Ancient furniture in the bedroom Continental breakfast, make your own tea. Pretty poor breakfast
Very nice lady owns the B&B, and the welcome was very warm. The room was comfortable and tea/coffee was provided in the room. It's a 5 minute walk from the main square and our stay was very pleasant.
The B&B is on a main road and cars where driving past at high speed well into the night and as it was summer, out window was open and our sleep was broken a few times by screeching brakes (although I guess the fact it was the last night of the Galway Races may account for this). This was the only criticism, and obviously not the fault of the B&B.
Breakfast was awful; price charged was more than quoted on booking.com, towels weren't changed.
Very friendly and kind owner. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a perfect breakfast. And a secure car park in front of the house. The view is excellent. Cok Tesekkürler :)
The beds are very comfy. Close to the city.
Room service is only available on extra demand. Breakfast is very simple and only self service
Friendly and helpful staff. Cathy was very friendly and welcoming. Pretty and spacious room with a gorgeous view of the bay. Varied breakfast buffet and option to make sandwiches for later. Wifi available in my room. Lots of wardrobe and draw space for clothes. Table and chairs in room were useful. Very comfortable and cosy bed. Very well located - short walk to Galway square, high street shops and bus and railway station.
Only improvement would be if hot water was constantly available for a shower, as I had to find a staff member to turn it on/up one afternoon.
Good location, excellent breakfasts & option to make packed lunches. Good parking & only a few minutes walk into town. Free wi-fi if that's your thing & nice rooms.
We had a nice quiet room facing the back. Good breakfast.
Frances the owner was very nice, very helpful
Breakfast was only fair
We had a lovely welcome. The service couldn't have been better. The home made scones were lovely.
Clean cozy beds, we had our own bathroom, close walk to city centre even closer to bus stop. Breakfast was great.
Nothing everything was great
Near city center (within walking distance) with car park. Friendly, helpful staff.
Lack of basic toiletries in bathroom, front room bedrooms noisy due to passing road. Curtains let morning light in, not thick enough. Rather expensive for the quality of service.
Friendly operator. Nice breakfast.
Hostess was the most amazingly wonderful person on my entire trip.
My particular room heard every noise in the house - people walking by, creaky floors, and was next to the staff room where morning noises woke me early; did not come with toilet paper, shampoo, etc., just one empty bottle of lotion (?). Not a huge deal, but something you expect.
Personal service is excellent, but......
Temperature of shower water is not at all enough to use it. Next morning, no warm water supplied even into wash basin as well.
No card machine.
Fairly nice room.
It needed some kind of sitting or lounge area.
The hostess was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The noise level. Noises from other bathrooms were intrusive as we're banging doors, conversations from nearby rooms and people coming in in the wee small hours. At the price house keeping and attention to detail was below standard
We really liked the host and the whole accommodation service we had. Accomodation is like a chocolate box and pure pleasure to stay.
Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Location very close to Galway City. Off road parking. Very friendly.
En suite very small. While only a continental, it was very poor with plastic ham and sliced bread. €45 pops considered expensive
Location is very good. Service was fantastic. The host was really kind and lovely. Breakfast was definitely great. Snug room.
Nothing but wifi at bed room. But it works well at living room.
Only a short walk to town, very clean, comfortable beds. Lovely hostess! Very pleasant visit!
WiFi signal upstairs is very very weak.
