Score from 2217 reviews Good
Great little spot about a mile (1.6 km) from Temple Bar, away from the tourists and in a nice spot locally. Good atmosphere pub downstairs with decent food.
As advertised, no thrills.
I liked big bed and big shower plus room was warm and clean place.
Didint liked that don't have private parking and parked 4 metres from hotel and ended with smashed car window and robbed car.
Affordable, right beside the college within walking distance of many facilities, just across the river from Busaras, and served by staff you didn't constantly run into but who did a marvellous job behind the scenes.
Some noise problems from the bar townstairs. Old-style heating system made it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room.
high ceilings just made the room that old fashioned 'chic' - it felt like 19th century. Amazing! The tall windows and a fireplace gave a nice accent to already so spacious and beautiful room! The best stay in Dublin so far!
Location was good as a walk to everything and across the road from the dart station.
Terrible customer service, no one even asked how my stay was. Live music under my room all night long therefore unable to sleep. I GOT BED BUGS! My biggest travel fear. Absolutely covered in bites.
Location is really good and the room and bathoom is lovely and quite spacious
The room was absolutely freezin, it was like being outside. I had to sleep in my coat and my friend had to wear a jumper. It was totally off putting and ddefinitely would put me off staying there again.
Great location, close to the city centre.
room was a bit cold during the night
Handy for City and Aviva stadium
no real issues
Central, very friendly staff, a top class room and facilities
Room was somewhat cold in the evening time.
Quite near to the center, quite nice room
very noisy due to the pub downstairs open until 1 am. I asked for a more quite room but denied. We found freezing room even if we call before our arrival since the heating was turned off
Bed was really comfortable and we slept well. We only stayed one night but we njoyed it.I thought it was modern and handy to the bus station and 3 areana
Can't complain at all
I loved this location. Close to the city centre and walking distance to everything! The staff at the pub downstairs were full of their Irish charm and really helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be going to this fun city and I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing - all was great!
Location very good. Room very clean. Bit noisy.
Haven't to go out to get to your room. Should be access from the bar
Noisy Bar, we were looking for a bit of a relax after a concert, bit too loud for us.
Clean room and very close to the city centre.
Very noisy room because of loud ventilation or something like this.
Close to city centre, handy having bar food down stairs , room was clean.
There was no soap in the bathroom , and no shampoo or conditioner or shower gel in the shower. This was very dissapointing.
Up two flights of stairs on top floor, Room #5, three single beds, no a/c, wifi was spotty, mattress comfortable, and surprisingly quiet since it's above a bar and the window was open for fresh air. The room was clean and had a nice-sized shower stall and lovely modern bathroom fixtures. But it is very tight quarters for three people with luggage. You must go down to the bar to get a TV remote and pay a 10 euro deposit. There is set-up for tea and instant coffee in the morning in the room. We were happy with the location. Close enough to walk but far enough away from the noise of tourist area and Temple Bar.
My wife, a friend, and myself stayed here the weekend of the Croke Park Classic and it was an great location. It is adjacent to the Trinity University campus as well as multiple bus lines and a train line. The room was great. It was very clean, the king bed was very comfortable, and all of us slept great. The pub downstairs had great food as we ate breakfast there each morning and dinner once.
The only problem we had with the room was the shower drain was clogged. It was a small shower pan so to prevent it from overflowing we had to turn the water off after a few minutes to let it drain. This was not a huge deal to us, but it was the only issue we had during our stay.
Lovely room, very handy location in the city
The generator noise that continued all night
Liked the location, as it was close to areas we wanted to see. It was a secure building close to transit facilities. The staff stayed there until 1:15 AM, as we arrived late by plane. The restaurant below kept our luggage the day of departure, so we could sightsee until 4 pm.. They were very helpful. Get the breakfast in the morning at the restaurant.
The traffic noise was a little loud in the morning.
Good location, nice people, joyful bar.
Noisy night because of the bar, however nice music :)
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to city centre.
