It was a very comfortable hotel and had a lovely atmosphere. I really liked the lobby /reception area. I would have liked the rate to include Breakfast. |

All-round comfort - staff pleasant and helpful at all times. Undergound car park a bit of a maze. Sign-posting in it not very clear, especially for accessing Reception. |

The hotel was excellent value - cleanliness was 100%. Staff courtesy and service excellent especially Linda at the front desk. Really good selection for Breakfast I didn't like the size of the windows - they were quite small |

A very comfortable and stylish hotel, a hidden gem of the Naas road. We had a great time in the bar listening to the live music which was very good. Only wished we had availed of the breakfast. Nothing at all looking forward to another stay. |

It was an nice hotel with pleasent staff. Just off the M50 motorway. The price of the drink was rediculous. 50% more than I would pay at home. |

Excellent, staff very attentive. Ideal as we were attending the Take That show in Croke Park. Transfer faciliity to and from the show provided for €20 pp, cheaper than a taxi. Luas train quite close, 10 min walk & takes you straight into Dublin. I have no problem in finding the Hotel as I know the area, but could be a problem for out of town visitors! |

Execellent...2nd time staying and will stay again Got the shuttle bus to the Luas but it would have been nice to be told of the price prior to travel. Found some of the breakfast staff a bit surly and had to keep asking for butter/suger/cutlery for our breakfast |

The rooms are big.The staff very friendly. Also the restaurant next is also part of the same Hotel group and gives an even wider range of meals to select from. The music arranged in the bar for Firday nite did not happen because the act did not show-up,which really was not the hotels fault. |

Good price. Comfortable room. Had dinner in the bar/restaurant which was top class. Nice staff. Not a good location for seeing Dublin City if you dont have a car, but for our purpose was fine. (I had a class in town for the night and my girlfriend went shopping to Dundrum) |

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Good food. Pleasant, comfortable bedroom with good facilities. I stayed at the hotel for a 3 day conference. We had written assignments to do late each evening but i could find no option for bright lighting in the bedroom and so i found this a bit frustrating and difficult - i ended up doing my assignments in the bathroom! |
