When I arrived, Booking.com had not booked us into the hotel, but the staff were extremely helpful and contacted Booking.com and sorted it out. |

The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent. We had a few hiccups with our room getting flooded however they were very accommodating and moved us immediately and were very apologetic. Food is average but acceptable and cheap. Some of the clientele look a little rough however with rooms costing approx 55 euro and its location it’s to be expected. |

Nice new hotel, very reasonable rate for the night. Decent facilities. Questionable clientel on New Years night 2010, dangerous leak flooding all floors, Rooms were far too warm, lights were wired really bizarrely in the rooms. |

The food was excellent, the room good but the checking in/out was appalling, also quoted 3 different rates everyone different to the one on the net also tried to over charge me for dinner and tried to charge me for breakfast 3times so it was a nightmare oh Hotel manager no where to be found when these issues were taking place,The youngsters on the front desk very polite but needed guidence of someone senior but as i say a pity because rooms food etc were very good |

Because of the road layout access to the hotel is difficult and the entrance from the road can easily be missed, particularly at night. |

I did not appreciate Room Cleaning Service knocking and entering my room at 8.50 in the morning. The room was cold and took about an hour to heat up. The hotel is more suitable for the business sector and not family friendly. Enterance to hotel from the N7 is difficult to find. |

Hotel is spotless clean. The Bar and Dining facilities are excellent. Staff are friendly and curteous. For the price this hotel is excellent. The website says there is a shuttle service to the Luas Line. When I asked about this at 5.30 pm I was told it only runs until 12 midday. This should be stated so guests can allow for alternative means to get there. |

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting family in Ireland. It has a central position giving access to rural, seaside and city areas. The car parking is safe, secure and importantly in Ireland dry!My mother loved the friendliness of the staff. |

Central location, ideal for getting to City Centre. The Hotel have introduced a complimentary shuttle bus service to the LUAS line. This is the cheapest and fastest way to get to the city centre. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff are courteous and friendly. |

Joel's restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and good value for money. The hotel is really inviting and very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was in a function room. It was busy but the toast was cold by the time we got it and it took ages to get a cup of tea. |
