from early morning we asked could we leave the car in car park as we where going to get luas to city before we had the words out we receptionist arranged lift over to station and he handed us his card to ring him on return we where also offered early check in which we didn't need. on return to hotel staff where excellent in every depart ment..Will definitely know where to stay in the future when visiting Dublin.
just be careful of signs when entering from southbound a bit confusing but more to do with new road lay outs than hotel
I liked the airy decor of the hotel and the fact that there was a choice of places to eat in. Also the ice stations on each floor was very handy.
The breakfast was very disappointing. It was self service and most of the food had been sitting a while and was dried out. I had breakfast at 8 so no excuse!
Pretty much everything was perfecy
the staff were nice and helpful,
it was hard to get there with the road works. the bar and front seating area of the hotel was very cold could not seat and read the paper TO COLD!!!!!
Very clean and lovely big room.
We were looking forward to a nice relaxing meal in the restaurant after a long day shopping but it was closed and joels was booked for a xmass party so we had to eat in the bar which was very busy.
Proximity to Luas and free shuttle bus to get us there; room was clean and breakfast very good; free parking. We were going to a gig at the 3Arena and needed affordable accomodation and ease of commute to central Dublin; this hotel fitted the bill and we will stay again.
On arrival the receptionist tried to convince us that we had booked room only and told us that we would have to pay for breakfast. I stood my ground and when she 'dug deeper' conceded I was right; be sure to have your facts right and paperwork with you.
Good service in the bad
Double bed was just two single beds pushed together with a gap between
Not so much a dislike just be mindful approaching the hotel there's a lot of roadworks in the area it's well signposted but it's just a little difficult to see where the turn into the hotel actually is in the dark.
Not a bad hotel
The staff the food was great
There was a noice coming from out side it was a fridge united going off every few mins
Hard to get to since new road done
very good location, close to luas park and ride at the red cow. very reasonable, very friendly and helpful staff. Was in city centre on a night out with friends and rang hotel beforehand to find out how much taxi would cost and staff told me exact amount that taxi charged us.
a little bit difficult to access because of new flyover at Noonan's Cross.
Friendly staff Comfortable Good location
Maria at reception was very helpful.
Great location, friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Very nice breakfast. Joels restaurant very enjoyable experience.
Two bar staff grumpy and not even a hello or smile.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Everything from check in to check out was perfect
My only problem was that the bed was too hard for my liking but was perfect for my husband as he has back problems
Clean, very quiet room (considering the proximity to the road works!), quick and efficient WiFi which was free of charge! Food in the hotel is very good and staff are very helpful. Great stay!
Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Security guy in the car park made me more comfortable parking there.
The food was very good and the staff were very pleasant . Would definately stay there the next time in Dublin.
clean and tidy
location was difficult to get to because of road works. Noise kept us awake at night Food wasn't great and took a long time to arrive
Staff were excellent - professional and friendly.
Restaurant food not very good - overcooked and a bit tasteless.
Bus to 3 arena Friendly staff Ample parking Good choice of channels on TV
Reception area, restaurant small enough especially for such a big hotel and a wedding party were being greeted at same time . Coffee shop at entrance to bar was very very limited . Rooms quite shabby with cracked tiles in bathroom on floor and in need of maintenance .
Everything was great staff room etc we were able to check in early and after a long trip it was greatly appreciated!
There was one mattress in the room that was quite uncomfortable and lumpy !
Fairly priced for a night in Dublin
Access to city centre
