Excellent value for money - the room was really nice. One staff member (Irish male, night and morning shift) was particularly helpful and sweet. Bed mattress was not of very high quality. |

The helpful and attentive desk officer called Eva. She can help me unpack anytime! The hot water in the shower takes about 5mins to get going. It's advisable to let it run a while before getting into the cubicle. |

It was a great location to Dublin and Croke Park. Very easy to catch the bus downtown. The rooms were clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We did have difficulty catching Wi-Fi in the hotel. We didn't have it in our room and had to sit in the lobby to get on the internet. There were also some problems with our room cards not working, but the staff promptly fixed the situation. They were very helpful. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms Very noisy. The hotel bar/restaurant is a popular venue and with there being only 2 floors, you can here everything from down below. There regular 'karaoke night' is especially sleep depriving. The tv reception is very bad. When I say bad, I mean there is none. The staff are apologetic about it, and say it's an ongoing problem throughout the entire hotel. |

Having a separate lounge was useful as we were meeting up with relatives. Friendly reception. Very tired decor! Only half of the bulbs in the above lounge were working making it very dull. Curtains in bedroom dirty and had holes in from smokers leaning out of the window. Fruit at breakfast ran out on day 1 and there was still none available on day 2 even though we had pointed this out. |
