everything about the hotel was lovely only stayed the night and will be back
Great location just opposite the Bord Gais Theatre and 10/15 mins walk to Grafton Street. Really nice thermal suite. Didn't get to see the roof top bar as there was a private function on which was a bit disappointing but very happy with our stay :-)
We had some problems as regard the room but after coming in contact with management the hotel did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible!
Very comfortable, clean, lovely spa
Room service food was very bad. Room smelled a bit funny, odd because hallways smelled amazing
Facilities Amenities Comfort
We loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend a stay in this lovely part of Dublin city.
We had an excellent evening meal
Right beside the Grand Canal Theatre so very good for show nights. Lots of activity in area next day. Worth going out for breakfast as choice and value better than hotel.
Comfortable room with excellent facilities. Convenient location for sightseeing in Dublin. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice.
The corridors with low lighting and dark wood walls I found oppressive. The totally marble clad bathroom with no windows felt like being in a sarcophagus. I would have liked a hand held shower with the bath for washing my hair.
The efficiency, the quality of the bedrooms, the professionalism of the staff.
The staff are efficient and extremely helpful, Nina looked after us incredibly well. The spa facilities are amazing, soo relaxing. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was second to none. Rooftop terrace had a cool, chilled vibe and the staff where superb. Very cosmopolitan. Decor and ambience throughout the hotel has clearly been carefully designed to compliment it's surroundings. Fab!
I felt that the room was a tad small for a superior king room. Windows in room do not open to let in fresh air. For a 2 night stay, it would of been nice if breakfast had of been included on at least 1 of the mornings.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff
No access to car park
Slept well comfy bed. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Shower wasn't very powerfull. And air con was on when we arrived and room was very cold.
We loved the setting by the canal, the roof top bar, how helpful the staff were, how peaceful the spa was, how comfortable the beds were and how easy it was to get around Dublin from the hotel with the bus and tram.
Rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, staff is very helpful and friendly.
Perfect hotel with no faults
- Staff extremely helpful, especially at reception desk. - Excellent spa and leisure facilities. - Quiet room, comfortable bed. - Nice atmosphere and impressive design. - Pleasant location, opposite the theatre, near bars and restaurants. Though note that it is slightly outside of Dublin City Centre.
- Deluxe King Room was on the small side. Similar size to basic rooms in other Dublin hotels. - Great views at rooftop bar. However, it should be prioritised for hotel residents, rather than the general public. Also, service was extremely slow when we visited.
The Rooms The Spa
Everything, Staff, loaction, food, service, style and cleanliness and most of all the atmosphere.
Loved everything about it. The staff were amazing. The facilities and room were wonderful. The food was also excellent. Great location, great value, highly recommend this place.
The only thing we didn't like was that the ac vent blew cold air out right over our heads in bed. Could be position a bit better. Small gripe.
The pool Buffet breakfast Roof terrace
We had breakfast that was excellent, but the best part of it was our server Elena and host Raj!
The room was great. Spacious and the tub was very nice as well. Great view too. I would definitely go back there.
