This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
Hot tub not very hot, poor seating in water. Not comfortable.
Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is well appointed and situated in a quite section of Dublin. The staff were simply outstanding. Can't imagine a problem they wouldn't immediately resolve. Will stay again and highly recommend to friends and family.
Nothing, it was excellent
Location, pool, beauty treatments, room, bathroom, staff
Pool awful! Clean but not very five star!!
I organised a stay in the marker hotel for myself and 12 friends and it was just fabulous! The very friendly staff were very polite and accommodating at all times and I can't wait to go back in the near future!
- Very dimly lit bathroom and poor lighting throughout room - Le drunch/food in restaurant average (although bar food was better) - Poor experience trying to get seat and be served in the bar; one particularly rude experience on Sunday evening was just not good enough for a hotel at this price point
- Spacious well appointed rooms - Good beds/firm matresses - Cleaning/room service staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient
The staff where very helpful and the room was amazing.
For a 5 star hotel I think all mini bar contents should be included. Also spa too expensive for treatments.
Excellent hotel , lovely and clean. Good facilities, swimming pool , spa great
10 minute walk into centre. But the area around the hotel had restaurants and supermarkets and bars
I chose the marker hotel to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and it was fabulous. From the start the stay was seamless, the friendly welcome, delivery of champers to our room, breakfast in bed was top notch. The spa is superb, this hotel is specialx
Leaving my deposit of €50 and not getting it back even though we didnt use the mini bar.
We were really looking forward to booking some treatments in the spa but fully booked.
Lovely spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff
Location not great for the City Centre. It is not cheap to stay here
Staff and Facilities delightful
staff's friendly smiling and good service
Friendly, approachable staff.
We were over charged for our parking
Gym closed at 8pm Restaurant was not open Sunday evening, not what you really want after travelling
No USB or power socket near the bed!!!!!!! There should be one on each side of the bed!!! The pool changing room showers could be improved some what. Paying for breakfast not originally booked was interesting.... I have not stayed in a 5 star before but the experience was dissapointing in comparison to many 3 star hotels i have stayed in. the only thing it has over 3 star hotels in the gym and pool - having said that some may have had those. 5 star in my ideal world include optional breakfast, and some basic non-alcoholic basic mini bar other than coffee/tea - which it wasn't clear they were in this case.
The pool is great. location and building look nice.
Clutching at straws to find any fault so suppose I wish the rooftop bar was open in winter but then again with the Irish weather I fully understand it being closed for safety reasons.
Modern, really clean, excellent staff that look after your every need. Excellent food. In the summer months the roof top bar is open which is worth a visit.
One zone blends into another....I'd usually choose an hotel with character however whatever this lost in age it compensated with friendliness and personality.
Friendly attentive staff, superb food, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.....
Overpriced drinks in the bar and rooftop bar which is a major plus for the hotel is only seasonal so was closed for our stay despite lovely weather.
Beautiful rooms and setting. Excellent staff and breakfast was amazing
From our arrival we found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Breakfast was good, would definitely go back again!
