Staff were very friendly and the location was brilliant, late bar and Night club had a great atmosphere. Breakfast service was very slow even though it wasn't busy, but then again we didn't go for the breakfast so no big deal. Drinks were quite pricy.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved my apartment too. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spotless Layout was a bit confusing. Could do with a lift beside reception as the lift they had was on the basement floor

Nice seaside location. Looks good from the outside. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Hall & stairways were rather grubby. NOISY - function (room on 1st floor) was on until 2:45am - I asked for a quiet room and was given what was supposed to be one BUT it was still quite noisy. When I was asked "do you have a quiet room?" I was told "WELL it is a Friday" as if to say what do you expect!

The staff was really nice, the food good, we felt really well taken care of. It was noisy on the weekend because of the club however we knew that in advance and did not mind. All was good.

As I got to Bray quite often to meet friends, it was extremely convenient next to the bars/niteclub. The girl on reception was very friendly. Upgraded room because I had friends meeting me to get ready. Nice breakfast. Overall good.

The location. We had dinner in the Tower Bistro and the staff were very attentive. The food was fabulous too! We had breakfast the next morning, which is served in the bar. We were 20 minutes waiting on our breakfast and when we queried from a staff member as to where it was, got no response. We asked a second staff member to chase it up for us and EVENTUALLY got our breakfast 30 minutes after ordering it. We also had to ask for our tea and toast (which was requested when initially ordering) four times. It's a pity that the level of service provided by the restaurant staff is not evident in the bar.
