In Ballina's main street, this bed and breakfast is just feet from the River Moy, known for its salmon fishing.

I liked the location as the reason we were there was to attend a funeral...
The room was filthy the carpet was disgusting...cobwebs.... poor lighting.....two tv channels not acceptable in this age.....no surface in bathroom to put toiletries......and the worst was the fact that the room was Freezing............
The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Staff are lovely very friendly
Compliments to our chatty hostess for a lovely breakfast
Friendly staff, clean, etc. But the main reason I have even bothered to fill in this review - The best Guinness I have ever tasted in Ireland!!
Staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and gave a great impression for my first visit to Ireland.
Bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke.
Receptionist very helpful and cheery
The noise. Music in the bar underneath was loud and went on until the small hours. Difficult to sleep
Breakfast was very good
Loud music into the early hours from the bar & lots of loud laughing outside our window till 4 O Clock in the morning
The breakfast was amazing. Our waitress (Annie) was incredible good. Special wishes for breakfast weren't a problem at all, and no extra charge was added. I can highly recommend this hotel.
local entertainment brilliant
Beside lamp not working no soap dusty no biscuits no milk no teabags tv ancient
Service and location.
The service and staff and the entertainment were very good.
They were not expecting us on arrival and they couldn't find out that we were due to be there only through documentation that booking.com had sent us. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. the cooked breakfast was very poor
Great staff .
Location, lovely staff, cozy room and yes, Annie's gorgeous breakfast :)
Loved the way it was in the town centre the staff were lovely and the breakfast would feed an army. And it's just a short walk to the best salmon fishing in Ireland the famous river moy.
Not much to complain about.
Mayo is a beautiful county and particularly so in May. The hotel is well located on the Main Street.
the very friendly and helpful staff - without exception they were wonderful
the lack of a bedside lamp
Very good value, especially for leisure break such as fishing. Good night time Irish entertainment in the ground floor bar and function room.
Staff under pressure and not welcoming, other than the barman who was very friendly. Room directly over the bar did not allow sleep until the music was finished. Great if you are on holiday, but with an early start the next day.....
The staff were super friendly, and very helpful. Rooms were lovely. Food really good. Will definitely come back again.
In the rooms were very cold. We were cold almost all the time during the staying. The heating was working for an hour, and after it was turned off. It was working cyclically.
