There are 2 top hotels in Dublin and this is one of the two. Great service, beautiful surroundings, elegant ambience. An indulgence ! Always asked if this is my first stay, even though I have been visiting this hotel since it opened! |

The friendliness and attentiveness of all members of staff. The relaxed feel about the place whilst still retaining an air of luxury. The quality of room service and breakfast food. |

The Staff, the room, the hotel, the pool, the location, the food...everything! The hotel is on a quiet street, across from Government Buildings yet only 2 minutes walk to St Stephens Green and 5 minutes walk to Grafton St. This place has that special wow factor and the deals that they have at the moment make what normally is an extremely expensive hotel very affordable. |

Absolutely first class. We stayed on the first night of our honeymoon. Our room was fantastic. Staff greeted us by name and were polite, friendly and informative. Hotel is very centrally located, concierge parking convenient and breakfast excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely revisit. |

The treatments in the Tethra Spa were excellent, The rservice was poor - in fact every time I ordered something in the restaurant or via room service it arrived incorrectly or we were over charged. For the price I paid, this hotel was poor value for money. |
