The Staff, the room, the hotel, the pool, the location, the food...everything! The hotel is on a quiet street, across from Government Buildings yet only 2 minutes walk to St Stephens Green and 5 minutes walk to Grafton St. This place has that special wow factor and the deals that they have at the moment make what normally is an extremely expensive hotel very affordable. |

Absolutely first class. We stayed on the first night of our honeymoon. Our room was fantastic. Staff greeted us by name and were polite, friendly and informative. Hotel is very centrally located, concierge parking convenient and breakfast excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely revisit. |

The treatments in the Tethra Spa were excellent, The rservice was poor - in fact every time I ordered something in the restaurant or via room service it arrived incorrectly or we were over charged. For the price I paid, this hotel was poor value for money. |

The service and the convenience to the City The only point I would make is that our room had a musty smell which we put down to a previous occupant being a smoker. |

Staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome .Beautiful welcome pack in the room for our anniversary .Warm atmosphere in the bar and all area of the hotel .Staff did not just give instructions if lost they physically walked you to where you wanted to go.The consierge found us two beautiful resturants in our price range.Very enjoyable stay will definately will be back Continental breakfast should be included price way over board this was very disappointing having to go out for breakfast after first day 50 euro too much for bread and tea |

This was one of the best trips I've had to Dublin. My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy. The staff could not have been nicer, whisking our bags upstairs and organising drinks for us in the drawing room at the speed of light. The food provided at nearly midnight was exceptional. It is an outstanding hotel. |

The hotel was extremely central and most attractions were within walking distance They made a small mistake on our bill which should not have happened. I have to say however, once it was pointed out to the staff they apologised and immediately removed the item from the bill |

I have now stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions as there is no other hotel like it in Dublin. A pleasant, relaxing experience and made all the better by getting such a fantastic rate for the hotel. |
