It's our fourth time staying here so we obviously like this hotel. The food is beautiful, as are the surroundings, the staff attentive and it is good value for money. Our room had an adjoining door with the room next door, which meant we could hear eeeeeeverything. The couple next door were particularly rambunctious on the Saturday night (about 4am), managing to squeeze in a full on roaring match when they got in, followed by the inevitable make up 'scenario' afterwards. We got a repeat performance in the morning... In short, if your room has an adjoining door, perhaps request a move or get some earplugs. |

All of the staff were so helpful and cheerful that it was obvious they enjoyed their jobs there. Please forward this review to John Gately as we know him since his days in the Silver Springs and the Vienna Woods and tried to get in touch when staying but he was not around. |

very good value !friendly staff! rooms were comfortable rooms were difficult to find lifts were in the middle of the 2nd floor, towels were removed on 2nd day and never replaced so only one towel for 2 people asked twice for new ones but to no avail, shower well def needs to be updated . otherwise not too bad |

I found the staff particularly helpfull and friendly - not only were they great when asked for something but were proactive in asking if we needed anything! The food in the restraunt (for the price) was fantastic! |

Proximity to City Centre and price Yes, too noisy at night.There was a party on directly below and we didnt get to sleep for ages.Also, the temperature in the shower couldn't be regulated - it was too hot and couldn't be cooled down. |

Amanda booked this for me as my 60th birthday present (together with my Husband, Mr and Mrs Lord) and you had noted this - we were given the presidential suite by yourselves as a result and this absolutely made our stay wonderful. Thank you so much for an enjoyable break in a relaxing atmosphere. We did not have car hire as such a short trip so had the walk into town - but this is not the hotel's fault of course. This was our first visit to Ireland so had a lot to discover! |

Reception, bar and restaurant staff were all excellent. The hotel had character and the rooms appeared to recently renovated. Perhaps staff could notify guests upon arrival about the need to turn on the little red light to get the hot water to work. Us Aussies are not familiar with this in hotels and we've been all over the US and Europe. Easily rectified, loved everything else about the hotel. |

Conveinantly located for business - nice view from the bar - staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and comfortable but very basic. Room too far from reception and layout of hotel is difficult to navigate, signage a little confusing and lift access not good. View of carpark from room not very pleasing and didn't feel that secure for a lone traveller. |
