Rate was very good, however you need to get a taxi into the city €10 each way. Rooms clean and adequate, some staff v helpful and friendly Too far from city, bathroom was very poor, shower temp guage did not work, toilet seat and flush were broken however discount was given and woman at desk was very apologetic |

Having arrived early I was pleased to find we could get a drink and food whatever the time. The room was ready. Check out was quick no fuss. Breakfast was good if it was no there they would cook it for you getting to the rooms would have been a problem for the elderly as the lifts were quite away |

Tasteful spacious rooms, good restaurant, helpful staff & excellent leisure facilities. Great hotel to unwind and enjoy Cork City. The lift could certainly be improved upon. it only runs from the second floor upwars & the hoist system to get you to the second floor was not operating during our stay. This was a difficulty because we had our 5 month old son with his pram/buggy etc. |

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. There was a great choice for breakfast. Glad to see the fruit and the herbal teas. The room was very clean and comfortable. Because the room was so hot we had to leave the windows open and on the sunday morning we were woken by someone pushing and emptying the bottle bins at 8.30am we felt that it was extremely early for this. Though we do understand that it is a job that needs to be done we think it could be left a little later. |

The Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. was just going to stay there for 1 night but i stayed an extra day coz of the welcome I got from one of the polish girls on reception. After that I kinda got confused with how to get to my room and a nice Irish lady sorted me out and all the rest of the staff were Brillant and at least in this place they all work with a smile. Never been to Cork before but definitely going back for Holiday as this was Bus trip. |

stayed over new year when weather was very cold. room had timed heating so room was very cold when we checked in. took over 3 hours for the problem to be rectified. shower temperature control was defective meaning scalding hot water! toilet seat was falling off and the flush did not function properly! |

the receptionists were extremely welcome and helpful,it was excellent value for money,view of the city from my room was nice,the location is nice because while the city centre is just a few minutes away,ur away from the hustle and bustle,the toiletries in the bathroom were lovely and the towels were heated,which was lovely! a lift closer to the reception area may be more convienient and maybe a more detailed menu of what sandwhiches etc were available for room service as the menu we had just detailed hot food |

The staff were nice, room was okay. The walls were like paper and I was woken numerous times to the sound of people next door who were obviosuly on a lesiure stay. I was on business and was wrecked the next day. I heard far too much from the room next door that really should be kept behind closed doors if you get me!! The heat was far too much and there was no control for this in the room so felt very ill in the morning and dehydrated! Food was not good either. |

Very comfortable, staff very friendly. Room very relaxing and modern, well designed. Leisure centre facilities were great! Parking close to entrance door. Not that it bothered me on my stay but i did thought that the carpet on the hallways were kinda dirty and that it would make a huge difference to the appearance of the hotel if new ones were put down! |
