The cleanliness of the hotel, the very friendly staff and the gym was very good. Yes, there should be a safe deposit box in the room, change of menu every night,( for the three nights we were there, the same menu was only on offer. |

Convenient for our swimming competition weekend. Staff very helpful excellent value will use again if they keep offers as keen Food choice limited, and expensive. Kids menu extremely expensive, food quality excellent but portions same as adult and choices too adult like!! |

The hotel was lovely, the room was comfortable, the staff were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the Spa/Gym facilities. I would definately come back again to celebrate my birthday (which I did and thank you for allowing me to have champagne in my room!). I've recommended it to my friends. My sis in law will be coming back with my brother for a romantic weekend soon, so do look out for them! Thank you again for making our stay pleasant.. The bed was a bit uncomfy, it was like too many people slept on the same part of the bed and wore it down so the other part was higher and I felt like I would roll off when I turned!! Oh and the hill climb from the town to the hotel, but we coped and developed stronger leg muscles..! |

Great. Lovely Receptionist. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Speedy WiFi available free in the room as advertised. Great fish and chips in the bar. Great Guinness. Great breakfast. No problems at all. Some of the signage to/from the rooms was a little confusing. |

The rooms were very good and the staff, were friendly and extremely helpful, we found our one night stay the best of our holiday. We would have prefered to be outside Limerick, however we were a little distance outside. |

Good location, basic and clean. It wasn't very well signposted so I did get lost trying to find it. Bathrooms were a bit shabby but clean. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination! |

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking. Good location if you don't mind a 15min walk to the city centre (uphill on way home!) Disco/music was a small bit intrusive in my room on the Thurs night. |
