The reception staff were helpful and polite. The restaurant was nice but had a limited menu. The views from the hotel was amazing overlooking the city. The road to the hotel was closed due to road works, which wasnt highlighted before our stay. There was no direct route to the hotel, which made our trips to cork city an ordeal instead of a pleasure aswell as being more expensive in taxi fares to the hotel. |

The hotel was nice as was the spa We were booked into and given the key to our room which turned out to be occupied by someone else. The replacement room was designed for a disabled person which made the handbasin in the bathroom very awkward. |

The view from the hotel was nice. The spa was also very nice. Decor was a little outdated, hasn't been done up in about 15 years. The music was suited towards older age group American tourists. |

The view No air conditioning.room was on sunny side, and impossible to sleep in,for the heat.also directions were extremely confusing, and difficult to follow.no signs other than one arrow at the bottom of a steep and winding series of nameless roads |

The receptionist was absolutely lovely, very pleasant and bubbly. I dont feel that the hotel should be classed as a 4 star.Needs to be modernised. Very basic old bathroom. There were only two plug sockets for TV & Kettle & no spare plug socket especially beside the mirror when you would expect to find one.Bit of a distance from the city centre |

The Montenotte Hotel is very central to all amenities and the food was excellent. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that you had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. |

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The bar was lovely. The breakfast was good. Great value for money. Would highly recommend for a city break! The bathroom was a bit outdated as we were staying in the older wing of the hotel but the room itself had been done up and was comfortable. |

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was serviable and had nice gym, pool and jacuzzi. No free internet and was little bit outside of the city. |

I only stayed one night. The matterss was hard but it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff Hard mattress but I don't stay in many hotels so they could all have hard mattresses. I'm just comparing it to mine at home. |

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the leisure facilities on offer. I also liked it's convenience to the city centre. When I next visit Cork I would definitely stay at the hotel again. |

the relaxing atmosphere, the staff were really friendly, its close to the city, the pool is beautiful. We stayed here to have a relaxing holiday which included sleeping in in the mornings, however the cleaners started hovering at 8.30 it is in my opinion and experience of other hotels that this is far too early. |

Only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cork city, this period guest house overlooks the River Lee and eastern Cork, and is close to the bus and train stations. |
In the heart of Cork City Centre, the hotel is just a short stroll from the city’s business district and many excellent shops, boutiques, theatres and galleries. |
This sophisticated hotel is just minutes from Cork's main theatres, shopping areas and entertainment. It has a magnificent interior and superb views across the city and River Lee. |
This modern city-centre Cork hotel offers use of a leisure centre with 20-metre pool, free internet access (on request) and great food in the Stir Restaurant and Bells Bar. |
