Very friendly staff, room spacious, free parking.
stayed in a large double room which took the 3 kids only 20 minutes walk to the city centre
Staff are the best in town. Great pool and leisure centre, view over Cork is fab.
All round our experience was very good. The comfort and facilitys were great but above all the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff is the most memorable
You feel like your staying far from the city because it is located in a peaceful area but fact is. It 10 to 20 mins walk to the city. The staff are very helpful. All in all it was a nice to place to stay.
No elevators and it's difficult to carry the luggages when you room is on the 3rd floor
The room was perfect and the staff were very friendly and kind
When we went to our room the keys didn't work even after we went up a second time for a different key and it still didn't open also the tea range , personally I feel it should have more milk , sugar etc.
view / food
room prepared for one person/ double booking
i had a broken shower only hot water coming out of it my girlfriend was nearly burned alive i did not have a shower for the 2 days i was there the tv was like snow bad i reported it its to far from the city centre of cork up big hills walking because there is no bus to the hotel a manager was suppose to ring me after i complained but he never did as the saying goes if you pay peanuts you get monkeys will not return there again
The staff were nice, the view of the city from the bar was great. Taxi costs to city center were cheap enough breakfast choice was good
The layout of the hotel was annoying, had to up a flight of stairs, down a corridor, take a lift down a level and down a corridor to get to the room. There was no water in the room and the vending machine was out of order.
That the WiFi wasn't free. The coffee
great view of Cork from the hill located outside the city centre but still very close helpful staff
Room small, dark, low water pressure, stained hallway carpet
Staff very nice, friendly and hard working.
15 steps up to our floor. Unsupervised children running up and down the corridors. Door to outside next to our table, constant stream of people in and out to smoke .
Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Beatiful view in the bar, lounge area towards Cork. The staff at the reception were extremely pleasant and helpful.
housekeeping knocking on the door at 08:30. They did it to all customers.
Nice to be slightly out of the city and to have such wonderful views of Cork. The staff are friendly and the pool facilities are great.
I had a lower floor room which seemed a bit dungeon like so I'd recommend asking for a room with a view. The breakfast was mediocre and not really enough choice for vegetarians. All in all a fine place to stay though.
breakfast was one of the worst ever , it was cold and egg shells in breakfast
THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD. ROOM WAS WARM AND COMFORTABLE. WE USED THE SWIMMING POOL TWICE WHICH WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE
ITS A BIT AWAY FROM THE CITY CENTER SO WE HAD TO DRIVE. WIFI WAS NT FREE WHICH IS SURPRISING
Too many kids running around the bar after 9pm.
Wifi was good. Costumer very friendly
Pillow was too bad and don't have any bath slippers. The breakfast varient so low
Nice staff, clean hotel with good access to city.
Could be a bit cheaper.
older bar man or bar manager always very nice. always remembers us.food lovely. receptionst always very nice and helpful.
young lads in bar not so attentive.had to ask to clean table... but they did ask how every thing was...we were left ages before dessert order ws taken.
Hotel needs renovation, poor breakfast.
Beds really comfy and the staff couldnt have been more pleasant and helpful.nice hotel close to Cork city.
free wifi could've been available hotel wide.
The property was beautiful, and good location
It wasn't value for money. Not many facilities available in the room! The room was quite cold,
The staff were amazing, super friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome all the while maintaining a professional demeanour. The room was large enough for our family, plenty of hanging space and the meals were generous and tasty.
The beds were old and not very comfortable and the shower facilities were basic, not what you'd normally expect from four star facility.
