bella posizione, aria un po' retrò.. stanza ampia e pulita come tutti gli alberghi dei paesi anglosassoni non ci si può basare sulla classificazione, in Italia (pur con tutti i nostri difetti) questo hotel non avrebbe più di tre stelle; la terza notte, poi, c'è stata una festa con musica a tutto volume sotto la mia stanza fino alle tre di notte... |

Disponibilità del personale , colazione con vista sulla città Non proprio facilissimo da raggiungere la posizione indicata dalla mappa di google potrebbe non essere corretta sarebbe meglio indicare la via esatta !!! allarme antincendio alle 4 di notte ( falso allarme ) |

Confortevole, camere pulite e dal design ricercato, piscina molto grande. Struttura un po' labirintica, difficile accesso al parcheggio. |

Qualità prezzo, struttura moderna, vista dalla camera (non tutte però) Noi siamo grandi camminatori, ma va specificato che rispetto al centro città l'hotel si trova su un colle al termine di una ripida salita di almeno un chilometro.Se avete problemi motòri potrebbe essere un problema |

L'albero non è poi male Lo sconsiglio, perchè ce di meglio al centro questo è scomodissimo a piedi... Arrivate a corlk e cercate al centro |

very good value !friendly staff! rooms were comfortable rooms were difficult to find lifts were in the middle of the 2nd floor, towels were removed on 2nd day and never replaced so only one towel for 2 people asked twice for new ones but to no avail, shower well def needs to be updated . otherwise not too bad |

I found the staff particularly helpfull and friendly - not only were they great when asked for something but were proactive in asking if we needed anything! The food in the restraunt (for the price) was fantastic! |

Proximity to City Centre and price Yes, too noisy at night.There was a party on directly below and we didnt get to sleep for ages.Also, the temperature in the shower couldn't be regulated - it was too hot and couldn't be cooled down. |

Amanda booked this for me as my 60th birthday present (together with my Husband, Mr and Mrs Lord) and you had noted this - we were given the presidential suite by yourselves as a result and this absolutely made our stay wonderful. Thank you so much for an enjoyable break in a relaxing atmosphere. We did not have car hire as such a short trip so had the walk into town - but this is not the hotel's fault of course. This was our first visit to Ireland so had a lot to discover! |

Reception, bar and restaurant staff were all excellent. The hotel had character and the rooms appeared to recently renovated. Perhaps staff could notify guests upon arrival about the need to turn on the little red light to get the hot water to work. Us Aussies are not familiar with this in hotels and we've been all over the US and Europe. Easily rectified, loved everything else about the hotel. |

Conveinantly located for business - nice view from the bar - staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and comfortable but very basic. Room too far from reception and layout of hotel is difficult to navigate, signage a little confusing and lift access not good. View of carpark from room not very pleasing and didn't feel that secure for a lone traveller. |

Its a lovely hotel for a city trip, very well located and all you need for a weekend where you wont be spending much time in your room or hotel. Clean , safe and quite. Food only o.k |
